That Ruger was my contribution to the list of weapons. It's a sweet little gun.

A good time was had, and we didn't drown. LOL

I didn't drown either this weekend. I went swan hunting. I saw lots but none flew close enogh for a shot. I've probably got three more weeks before they're gone.

well weaponry came into play during my weekend activities also. the paintballfest was yesterday. CJ, xshub called me from there as i was en route and said Honest to God, it looks like No. Idaho out here (Leesburg), it is militialand! people in cammo!

the 11 year old boys were in hog heaven and as i suspected, many of the hockey dads stayed around to watch the festivities. a good time was had by all.

It would appear that the use of the deadly nerve gas by the Russians was a substantive bad move in attempting to free the hostages held by the Chechnyens. Not a good idea to use those old chemical weapons from the Cold War days....

This time of year everyone is in camo up here because it's hunting season. Elk season opened Saturday. I saw several cars with elk strapped on top.

Yesterday afternoon, it seemed like half of the vehicles I saw on the interstate were Canadian. The snowbirds are fleeing.

Russia was between a rock and a hard place. I wouldn't have wanted to be the one that had to make that call.

A+

that's true. and i heard this AM that it was all the more deadly for having been in closed quarters, that had it been out in the open air, the effects would not have been so disastrous.

Homework:

It took almost 2 years of constantley effort to find Mr. Livingston in the jungle.

So, searching for a missing African explorer, like trying to find an ethical denocrat, is a substanleytive job.
