My understanding is the case is to be ruled on this Monday, based on recent decisions and with the left buying off Kennedy we are likely to see another 5-4 decision against the American people. They could put it off until next Monday the 30th, this should be an easy decision in American citizens favor but the length of time it is taking makes it look like the fix is in.
