the big local news is the Columbus man who was arrested back in May (documents unsealed this week ) for ties & plans with AQ....He doesn't exactly fit the blue-eyed terrorist theory, having been born in Kashmir, but he WAS an American citizen, living and working....and plotting among us....

I also heard Peggy Noonan on the Sean Hannity radio show a few days ago. She also has a new book coming out. Wouldn't it be wonderful if both these conservative gals unseated Hitlery completely, and sent her to the trash heap of history? I can happen!
Speaking of books, I just picked up Mike Durant's book, In the Company of Heroes. It's his tale of the Somolia operation, and his captivity. A truly amazing read, and a great view into Special Ops. He speaks also of the raids during Desert Storm, the assault on Panama, and his time along the DMZ in Korea.
A truly remarkable story, and a strongly recommended book about a great American Patriot!

Just got an e mail from our daughter Carolyn. She visited Lourdes yesterday, and is finally with her French family.
Tomorrow may be better! Let me know how 6 Flags is....haven't been there in years. Not since and long before it became 6 Flags....
