Well, State Farm has jacked my premiums up for the third time in a row, even though I haven't changed my riding patterns, had any accidents, nor made any claims.

I'm looking for another insurer.

What insurance companies do people use, how happy with them are you, and (if you want to disclose it) what do you pay for given coverage amounts every 6 months?

That's nothing. Any of you guys carry insurance for aircraft, even a C-152?

$55 per month thru USAA. Two cars, two Harleys, and a house on the same policy. I was disapointed (and stranded) to find out they don't cover road side assistance for bikes. This is for full coverage on a FLHTC and the wifes Hugger.

By the way, metric riders, I rode year round in Germany, have pictures of snow on my bike at a Christmas toy run, and went from K-town to Stuggart in 23 degree weather. Only yuppies store their bikes:)

I'm laughing because I think you may be on to something. I see quite a few motorcycles heading down towards the ferry while I'm walking to the train in the afternoon, and the Harleys are few and far between. Mostly sport bikes and Yammmerhaws. Maybe we just don't want our precious babies assaulted by sea air while crossing Elliot Bay...?

Really? We're with USAA for a house, two cars, and my husband's Harley, and they're hitting us for about $1400 every six months. No tickets, no accidents. Must be a geographical thing? Maybe?

I use BikeLine.com. Have for the last seven years. 1995 Honda Nighthawk was around 200 a year, and '95 Vulcan 1500A was about the same.

Am currently insured for a 2003 Concours, and is 400 a year.

Farm Bureau wanted 300 every three months for the Honda (after telling me they really didn't want to insure a motorcyle anyway). I have tried quotes from Progressive, but they were all higher than that of bikeLine. Never had to actually use it (fingers still crossed) but have had friends who have and had little to no hassle.
