Vile Anti-Palin Tee-Shirts in City of Brotherly Love
ABC News ^ | October 12, 2008 | Jake Tapper

Posted on 10/12/2008 7:47:28 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

Who are these people in this photograph?

The picture was taken at Saturday at Philadelphia's Park Hyatt Hotel.

Others who saw the foursome verify the authenticity of this photograph to ABC News' Imtiyaz Delawala, who is traveling with Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

Why would these four think this is acceptable discourse?

Why would they think wearing these shirts would accomplish anything other than win votes for the McCain-Palin ticket?

Vile.

But of course it’s the Republicans who are inciting violence with hateful rhetoric.

Please, Mods, do not pull this REDACTED pic:

NOTE: It's the "C-word".

Can you imagine if we wore the "N-word"?

I’m sure we will get a ton of wire reports and op-eds about the angry mob like mentality among Obama supporters towards Palin. Just like they did for the “angry” McCain crowds.

Atleast ABC’s guy there reported on it.

More about the girl wearing the shirt:

October 12, 2008
Categories: Barack Obama

Jake Tapper’s questions answered

The ridiculously industrious Jake Tapper asks who the people are who showed up outside a Palin event in Philadelphia with t-shirts whose neon green lettering carried a particularly taboo slur about Palin.

I mentioned the shirts in passing earlier, and one of their creators, emailing under the name Rhiannon Volpe, objected to my suggestion that she was a Democrat:

I personally am a registered Libertarian, supporting Obama this year. Palin is the last woman I want to hold a political office right now. Her lack of common sense, cruel treatment to animals, and just plain ignorance to what we (Americans, and even women) really care about is absolutely frustrating. The point of wearing the shirt to me is just a bold way of saying that she certainly is not liked or one of “us.” To play the gender card is irrelevant, because I am a woman who wears the tshirt anyway.

She added that McCain had, reportedly, used the word himself, “so is it really that offensive?” And she said none of the people pictured were Democrats.

She’s also selling the shirts online, part of a line of ironical Philly hipster gear.

For those that are curious ... it’s about the “c” word used as a slur for females. Totally disgusting and uncalled for. Then again this is what liberals are all about - DISGUSTING excuses for human beings.

You have to follow the links...ABC links it to a PUMA site, HillaryClintonForum. I would love to post there...those people (the HCF posters) are awesome patriots. They 'get it.'

No freaking outrage the 'C' word was used!!!...Apparently, you can call Palin, McCain, anybody anything...coming from the left its either political discourse or just good clean fun. The slightest critique of the Messiah and YOU WILL BE DETAINED, LABLED A RACIST, PROBABLY LOSE YOUR JOB, HAVE TO PULL YOUR KIDS OUT SCHOOL...PACK THE MINI-VAN AND LEAVE YOUR HOME UNDER COVER OF DARKNESS. (oooops...PaMom, in a moment of madness typed a criticism of Messiahianacs...are those black vans outside my hou............)

They must be supremely confident that their neighbors share their disgusting attitudes, since the three in the photo that appear biologically male could be pummeled into comas inside of two minutes by an American man.

Crush the Obamedia narrative: Look who’s “gripped by insane rage”
By Michelle Malkin • October 12, 2008 11:50 AM

The Obamedia is attempting to set yet another false narrative: The narrative of the McCain “mob.” McCain-Palin rallies are out of control, they wheedle. Conservatives are mad! They’re yelling mean things about Obama and calling him names! It’ scaaaaary!

Paul Krugman is trembling: “Something very ugly is taking shape on the political scene: as McCain’s chances fade, the crowds at his rallies are, by all accounts, increasingly gripped by insane rage…What happens when Obama is elected? It will be even worse than it was in the Clinton years. For sure there will be crazy accusations, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see some violence.”

Frank Rich decries “Weimar-like rage” and the “violent escalation of rhetoric.”

Please.

Let’s talk about “insane rage” and “violent escalation.”

This is insane rage — Madonna bashing Sarah Palin and shrieking “I will kick her ass:”........

Click on photo to enlarge. Hope it's ok if I post the link; it is vile indeed, but I didn't want to embed it, too a bit to find it.

Just yuck. If anybody shows up at a McCain/Palin event wearing an inappropriate t-shirt, I most certainly hope they are thrown out on their a$$. This is horrible.

Apparently; the ladies at the Hillary forum are unaware that you can actually purchase shirts like this at cafepress.com...wish there was a way to get word to them, since their forum is locked.

On a positive note: I was at the Lightning (Tampa Bay NHL Hockey) game on Sat evening and the team store had 2 Palin shirts for sale.

One said: Hockey moms kick ice, Palin for VP.

The other: "Palin says, "Don't be a puck hog"." and had a picture of a cute pig with a lipstick kiss on its cheek.

Both shirts were done in a pro-Palin way.
