Frankly, I'm just happy. Two, smart, talented people battling it out for the nation's approval. That's how politics should BE lads! It could always be like this!

What an insincere, patronizing wuss.

Uh any article that says Sarah Palin is less qualified than Barack Obama to be anything other than an illegal alien drug dealer who should be impeached-- I stop reading.

Not cool for Jindal supporters to bash Sarah.

Right now Sarah is my first choice for 2012, but there good things about Jindal as a Republican leader, and both should be out there conveying their positions on issues.

I think ‘a terrible idea would have been Palin’ but not for the reason you give.

Sarah is in the process of deciding which stimulus funds to accept. She would have been accused of playing politics and sour grapes from losing the election.

Jindal is too new on the scene for the MSM to accuse him of that. Besides the MSM feel it is more important now to drive a wedge between Jindal and Palin supporters.

Crap article. And I’m willing to bet Sarah was approached to give the rebutted- and she likely denied. A good choice too. Let Obama dig his hole deeper, then let Sarah come at him with a response.

It sounds like I'm being a douche, and in a way, I am

It's alright. You don't have a choice.

LOL

saraH is a Govenor - true, the State has the 2nd smallest population, but it does have the largest bank account (10s of Billions) and some of the best welfare handouts of all the US.

Maybe not all the kids graduate from high school and the State has a growing gang violence problem , drug and alcohol abuse is 4 to 10 times higher than the National average but we still have pretty good hunting and clean air.

(for those that require this /s)

Most Alaskans could care less about Outside reporters and their opinions.

Make no mistake, Andrew Tobolowsky is no Jindal supporter. He is an agent provocateur.

An agent provocateur attempt to pass as one of a group to which he doesn’t belong. Tobolowsky says up front he’s not one of us.

I don't care about the numbhead author of the above article... his motives are transparent.

But I've got to say that Jindal with his speech put his presidential aspirations (if he had some for 2012) on ice for the time being.

He is a good guy, but the speech was less about the peril our Republic and economy are in, and way too much about himself and praising Obama. The deliverance wasn't prime time either. Please everyone be honest... this response had nothing on Sarah's RNC acceptance speech.

Jindal might eye 2020. 2012 isn't going to be his year.

The “smart people” of the Ivy league and establishment have almost destroyed this country in one generation.

A Common Sense politician, and an appeal to God, are what will save us from these overeducated.

Restoration will come from a humbled person, not some puffed up jackass.

In that regard Palin has a chance. Jindel in in his 30’s for heavans sake! THat’s just as stupid as nominating someone in their 70’s (Re: McCain,Dole).

I’d like to air drop Andrew Tobolowsky in the “small town” he calls Alaska. He’s smart. I’m sure he can walk out. Don’t you worry about the wolves Andrew, they’ll recognize you as one of their own; an opportunistic, carrion feeding, pack animal.
