I really have doubts as to whether he’s all that gung ho for 2012. I know he has said in the past he might be interested, but he seems to be having way too much fun just having fun ~ mountain climbing all over the world and lots of other very physical pursuits. I think he’s enjoying retirement but I could be wrong.

Attacking an embassy is a domestic attack. Jeez..libertarians. Yes, and as I said in my post, BOTH embassies were attacked in Iraq and Afghanistan under Bush, hence you are hoist by your own petard.

Unfortunatly, and realistically, I’m pretty sure Bob Dole II (most likely Romney) will emerge from the RINOpublican primaries to give us 4 more years of Obumbles.

You are not aware of Pauls position. He is pro-life but would allow the states to legalize abortion if they so choose, hence Paul opposes a Human Life Amendment. Johsnon is pro-choice but would allow them to make it illegal if they so choose. A small difference in terms of policy.
And both equate to Murder since every child is a human being from the point of conception.
Those who support abortion, in any form or any degree, lack the necessary morality to be leaders.

how does he get reelectedBy the fact that, despite the perfect thing to rally against, the Conservative movement still cannot come together and agree. Johnson is out there and, at this very moment, doesn't have the 'star power' to win. However, a well oiled campaign machine could change that fairly easily. The only thing necessary is for Conservatives to realize they must unite, or face losing to the messiah in 2012. IMHO.

That's the problem. The potentially GOOD candidates have lives outside of politics.

If it is murder, should the woman who has an abortion be given the death penalty?

If he is too stupid to be Pro-Choice, then he isnt smart enough, or moral enough to be President I'm gonna quote you on that.

and didn’t Johnson practice what he preached as a State governor? he was endorsed by right to life for using his powers to restrict abortions
To: SoConPubbie
but big government proponents who expand the state and bankrupt the nation are fine.

I strongly approve of Gary Johnson, but what makes you say this?

He was the Governor of New Mexico for 8 years. 8 years without a tax increase. 1000 fewer employees in NM state government at the end of his term. He has started and run his own business and grew it to a thousand employees.

Pot users belong in prison not the white house! How many thousands of prisons will that take and where are you going to find the money to build them?
