Obama: Donald Trump's birth certificate talk helps me
The Los Angeles Times ^ | April 15, 2011 | James Oliphant

The public revival of the so-called “birther” question among some Republicans plays to his political advantage, President Obama says.

Obama told ABC News interviewer George Stephanopoulos that Donald Trump and others are doing themselves no favors in persisting on the issue of the president’s background.

“I think that over the last two and a half years there's been an effort to go at me in a way that is politically expedient in the short-term for Republicans, but creates, I think a problem for them when they want to actually run in a general election where most people feel pretty confident the President was born where he says he was, in Hawaii. He doesn't have horns,” Obama said in the ABC interview.

“We may disagree with him on some issues and we may wish that you know, the unemployment rate was coming down faster and we want him to know his plan on gas prices. But we're not really worrying about conspiracy theories or-- or birth certificates. And so-- I-- I think it presents a problem for them.”

For Obama, the birth-certificate sideshow has become a punch line. Speaking at a fundraiser in Chicago Thursday evening, the president said. “I grew up here in Chicago. I wasn’t born here.” The crowd laughed.

“Just want to be clear,” he said. “I was born in Hawaii. But I became a man here in Chicago.”

Meanwhile, Trump is working the question of his GOP presidential aspirations to his full ratings-seeking advantage. He told Bill Carter of the New York Times Thursday that he may make some sort of announcement regarding his political future on his NBC show “Celebrity Apprentice.”

(And, he just got us to mention the show. He’s a genius.)

Forget Barry Obama. His real name evidently is Brer Obama.

“Brer Rabbit is a trickster character in folktales of African, African-American, and Native American Culture. Brer Rabbit is the consummate trickster, who typically matches wits with Brer Fox, whom he always bests.”

Obama can’t show us the long form because it would list the actual location of his birth (which could have been out of the country) and would list his actual parents.

Perhaps, or perhaps because it would show he was born in Indonesia to Stanley Dunham and Lolo Soetoro.

“birther”, really? Is that what accounts for intelligence per vous, repeating silly phrases online? Actually, an iota of reading on the subject matter at hand would reveal there’s a contingent of people that believe Zero is ineligible based on being the first overt candidate with a foreign father at birth. Birthplace isn’t one of their arguments, so “birther” hardly makes sense right?

Oh wow look, another rumor? nearly 100 cases on Zero’s NBC status around the country:

And leading constitutional lawyers centrally managing all local counsel through lead counsel, vetting every single document that goes out in every one of these proceedings in every jurisdiction against Obama and the DNC actually costs lots of money.

Imagine that.

Show me the invoices and paid bills, bigshot. This is all more than likely to be internet hysteria....something you're apparently immune to, eh? Get it on, get it up.

Back to your local channel, and the original point: This could be a Red Herring of epic proportion, and too many of you clowns are just sucking it all up like Donald Trump's red meat Koolaid..............and the original reason I pinged JimRo to my post the other day was to gently suggest that he reign in the hysteria going on here.

Free Republic these days is pretty dismaying with the likes of you and more than a few other kneejerk conspiracists.

Naw, I don’t have to show you squat, if you can’t grasp common sense that’s on you. You’re far behind the loop. Actually so is Trump. Lawsuits and cost of lawsuits has been known years ago. Who will you page next, TSA or net thought police, etc? LOL

Lighweight, now you make the comment of conspiracists? This drivel is repeated so often it’s laughable.

Care for a challenge my dear?

Zero puts up an image online, “vetted” by 2 hacks at Zero’s chitown factcheck.org. Tell us what HI official or any official verified and seen the online short form colb.

None.

Go ahead, check every news article and blog in existence.

Yet, anyone who questions this chain of evidence is called a conspiracy theorist! And in similar fashion I’ll post an online a caste of footprints. They’ve been “verified” by my people, trust me — it’s BigFoot. Can’t show it to you though.

You believe?

Likewise, at the bottom of every HI short form is the tiny print: “this certifies as prima facie evidence in any court proceeding....”

So a short form COLB is prima facie evidence right?

Says born in Hawaii right?

When has Zero presented his online COLB in any court proceeding? You know, nearly 100 around the country (this doesn’t warrant news, move along)?

None.

Instead Zero hires top law firms under direction and led by Robert Bauer of Perkins Coie out of the White Hut, and to avoid any opposing legal result, preliminary result on a motion, or discovery order, or precatory action that may affect other cases or facts that will be relevant in an ultimate case that reaches the merits he maintains the employment of the national firms at every jurisdiction, and that’s big money.

All for a $10 document he refuses to produce. Or even his short form which would warrant prima facie.

So what’s that grand conspiracy of common sense tell ya?
