Doesn't his wife have enough money coming in from those breweries for him to retire on? He gets a congressional and a Navy retirement, too...

Had to look twice. Thought the story was from the Onion.

I thought it was Megan MCCain, but she’s as as brain-dead as her dad.

Now that the debt ceiling crisis has been averted and spending cuts agreed upon, further cuts will be left to 12-member Congressional joint committee. So we are going to be spared the expense of the rest of the Congressional members to save money?

Fundamentally, we believe in shrinking the role of government and cutting spending, and they have the opposite view. /

You, McCain, need to take a look at yourself. You have become our complete political enemy.

What will happen:
The super committee will fail to provide recommendation on spending reductions with the committee deadlocked at 3-3.
Congress, facing a 1 trillion dollar plus Sequestration, will pass a law stopping the sequestration.
It will be signed by Obama.
The first tranche cuts are all we are going to get, but Obama will get all 2.4 trillion of debt ceiling increase.

Instead of "fighting" tax increases on the super committee why not just use majority vote in the House to block taxes. Oh I forgot that was the old constitutional way of doing the people's business. Nowadays we just shuffle it off to some committee and then throw our hands up in the air and feign helplessness.
Much like Obama making speeches about being the adult, subjective, 3rd party voice of reason doing his best to herd the congressional cats. Meanwhile he is the most steadfast impediment to negotiations.

I still can’t believe Arizona re-elected this RINO.

Only if we get six hobbits on the GOP side.
Which is about as likely as a witless halfling reaching Mount Doom.

Well he should get Navy retirment for being a reverse ace. He crashed 5 planes and nearly sunk an Aircraft carrier.

I have seen several news stories talk about the Obama campaign raising 1 billion dollars for the election.
I would like to thank the speaker and our fearless GOP fighters in congress for making the first major donation to the Obama campaign. 2.4 Trillion dollars of Obama money. I am sure Obama will spend it well to shore up his base.
How in the world could any sane person consider this a success when it does not even touch one entitlement?

McCain is making himself look like an idiot in a high profile. Most who followed him already knew it was time for him to resign. Way past time. Half (at least) of his votes were for Palin. Enjoy life. Leave your obsessive control freak destructive angles to some one who cares please.
