After new poll: Is Obama losing his touch with CO voters? Obama trailing Romney by 5%

As President Obama launched a two-day swing through Colorado on Wednesday, his campaign got some unwelcome news.

A new swing states poll by Quinnipiac University/New York Times/CBS News has Mr. Obama trailing Mitt Romney by five percentage points in Colorado. Yet this is the state that voted for Obama by nearly nine points in 2008 and that earlier polls have indicated favors him again this year.

Is Obama losing his touch with Colorado voters? Not necessarily. Taken together with other polls from the past few days, the results are all over the place. One, from Public Policy Polling, has Obama up by six points, and a Rasmussen poll has Obama and Mr. Romney in a dead heat....

Considering the source of the poll, they probably oversampled Democrats and left-leaning independents at least 2 to 1 just to get Obama to that point, which means the internal polls show Barry barely beating Roseann Barr, Virgil Goode and Tom Whats-his-name.

EVERY state would be “riding the domestic energy boom” as you put it, if Barack Hussein Obama were not occupying the executive mansion. We have enough proven oil, natural gas, oil shale, coal and other energy sources for 500 years consumption at the current rates but the tree-huggers and envirowackos won’t let us get at it. Not to mention nuclear and it seems like every month there’s a new discovery of more energy!

I am not sure of her habits, but she does look like a leftist plant. With her degree in some sort of liberaton bla-bla-bla b.s. and then go to Jesuit School for what? To go their and cause trouble and destroy them from within. This is an even bigger struggle.

0 was also on the Western Slope today . I was there across the street , behind the police tape . The DNC gave out 2700 tickets . Big deal . They had a dozen port-a potties set up in front of the High School . Nobody used them . There was no over flow crowd . Nothing but security and media .
