I doubt there are many federal employees making minimum wage or less.

Raising the Minimum Wage is good for:
1) Eliminating tens of thousands of Teenage Jobs (hurting the young)
2) Stopping firms from hiring minimum wage workers they planned to do (preventing Job Creation).
3) Bankrupting more businesses that cannot afford it (Destroying businesses).

What he forgot to say is that he doesn’t have the right to make any changes.

I was watching a program about grappling a Soviet submarine off the Pacific floor. I can’t stand 3 words from the little islamist no less 16,000+ or whatever.

He saves the best for last. Reason 11 is most certainly the real reason Obastard is going down this road.

Why stop at $10.10 an hour?
Why not raise the min. to $30 an hour? $50?
$100 an hour and riches undreamed will accrue.
No? Why not?

There is only one immutable fact, a increase in the minimum wage harms everyone except union employees who get automatic increases tied to the minimum, everyone else loses due to higher prices to cover the increase. The only other entity that benefits is the government which pulls in more taxes from the higher wages. It does not take long for a person making minimum wage to realize they have not gained because the higher prices and taxes negate the majority of the increase, also they will see less hours and higher demands on their output.

I like the mathematics on the poverty level:
LLL (Local Lefty Loon): People who work full time should make a living wadge.
CCC (Clear-thinking Concise Conservative): Does that mean they should earn more than the Federal Poverty Level?
LLL: Of course, you heartless bastage.
CCC: Great, then you favor lowering the minimum wadge.
