From Charles C Johnson:

BREAKING: McDaniel campaign is filing legal challenge on Monday. #mssen

— Charles C. Johnson (@ChuckCJohnson) June 29, 2014

Charles is a definite MUST follow for those interested in the criminality in the Mississippi election. He has been doing an incredible job covering things.

McDaniel tells me: "They aren't going to steal this election." #mssen

— Charles C. Johnson (@ChuckCJohnson) June 29, 2014

McDaniel says that he's drawing line in the sand, in it "for as long as it takes for justice to be done." #mssen

— Charles C. Johnson (@ChuckCJohnson) June 29, 2014

#McDaniel: "Whatever it takes to stop the corruption here… It ends here with this stolen election." #mssen

— Charles C. Johnson (@ChuckCJohnson) June 29, 2014

McDaniel: "We are going to drain that swamp," pledges to fight so that the next election for next official isn't stolen either. #mssen

I am suspicious of this guy. He’s not an official spokesperson.

YES! Looks like Tea Party activists in Mississippi have found enough fraud to warrant the challenge, and of course, Free Republic was instrumental in getting the word out.

Now the hard work begins. A judge has to be convinced to invalidate the result.

Praying for Chris, the RIGHTFUL senator of Mississippi.

If true I will send him a little money. I would like to see this can of GOP worms opened up.

Don’t you mean the rightful Republican candidate for senator for the November election in Mississippi?

Filing legal challenge just like that's going t do some good. The Republicans and their Democrat allies own the courts. Waste of time and money. I would rather see the money go to Travis Childers. As I have stated, Childers is at least as "conservative" as Cochran and really lives in Mississippi. The only cure for these types of shenanigans is to beat Cochran like a step child. Next I will hear from good little GOPers, telling us how we need every seat to “take back” the Senate. Well, just think back to what we got when the Republican Party had the Presidency, The Senate and The House; Higher taxes, higher spending, more debt, more regulations, lax borders and on and on. Kinda like Democrats. Right?

Almost everyone is ignoring this story, at least he is getting out there.

He would have crushed Childers whatever. The only reason we may now lose is that we have a morphine drip drooling peg leg as our nominee... sorry, THEIR nominee.

Me too. I sent them an Email telling them so.

And I sent one to Megyn Kelly jumping all over Fox News Sunday for their pathetic coverage of the Mississippi runoff. Not a smidgen of a mention of the fraud and scumbag tactics of Haley Barbour and company. I’m hoping maybe if she gets enough Email she might go after the story herself.

BS, I can’t believe that you’re actively campaigning for Childers instead of backing the true winner of that primary, McDaniel.

I don’t know where this crap comes from but it looks to me like you’re part of a group who would like to make it easier for Dems to completely take over, shut conservatives up and tell us how bad Republicans have always been. Well, there are bad ones and guys like McDaniel are trying to change that. Not by telling Republicans to vote Democrat but by exposing the Establishment and fighting to change it.

Never, never stop fighting, conservatives. So many made the supreme sacrifice for this country, surely we can ward off a bunch of bad press. Go Chris!

You have to put everyone on record. The judges who want to run for a higher court, etc.

I wouldn’t rule out some Democrat judge wanting screw over Barbour or Cochran or at least make them look bad for some personal beef.

I haven’t seen the House Republican delegation or the Governor say much about what happened. There’s 2015 election they have to worry about. I dont know when the judges elections are.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_gubernatorial_elections,_2015

The United States gubernatorial elections of 2015 will be held on November 3, 2015 in the states of Kentucky, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

Vitter, Rand Paul, McConnell and Phil Bryant will have to talk about what happened. Vitter will be selecting a Senator to replace him if he wins.

I think Megyn Kelly has too much RINO blood flowing through her veins to do any investigating. Now Judge Jeanine Pirro is another story unless the higher ups at Fox put the kibosh on things.

OK, I agree. If McDaniel is on the ballot, I will support him. If not, my support goes to Childers. Now, what is the plan to get him on the ballot? Sue? In a state court? In Federal Court? Petition? Write in?

I agree with regard to the judges. We have to let them know we will work to end their careers if they provide covering fire for Barbour and Cochran’s fraud
