I don't know who Noah Rothman is, but it sounds like he has Beltwayitis. He is clueless as to who is being blamed for this - it is Obama, period, except for hardcore Democrats. If you read enough of these articles, it is clear that the GOP can't do anything without being criticized and blamed by the inside-the-beltway types. They need to head home and listen to their constituents for a change, rather than the enemy.
