Lamar Alexander Embraces Amnesty Again after Primary Win

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)

It didn't take long for Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN) to embrace amnesty again.

As soon as he won his Senate primary election against conservative Joe Carr, Alexander said it was "embarrassing" that Republicans have not yet passed a bill.

Never mind that Alexander spent nearly his entire primary campaign trying to convince voters that he was against "amnesty" and would never dare to embrace it before the primary election.

“I don’t know how it will affect our politics in the near term," Alexander told Politico of a comprehensive immigration bill. “I think it’s embarrassing for us not to deal with the problem, and I think we should do it in the next two years.”

And though Alexander claimed that he won the primary because he did not run away from his record, he aired a deceptive ad in the final week of the campaign that claimed he "voted to end amnesty."(continued)

I predicted that as soon as he secured the primary he would go right back to being a RINO.

We overthrew a major power in the 18th Century with far less than we possess now.

This lying weasel sold his soul for one more Senate term.

If he had been honest, Alexander would have admitted he was pro-amnesty (and pro-Big Government). At least he would have earned a little respect for being honest about doing his part to destroy the country. But to lie through his teeth about his positions is utterly contemptible.

Yes. And it will require the same.

We are past the point of rectifying our subjugation via civil means.

Elections are now but a tool to placate an ignorant populace about what has been done to them.

The Declaration defined it as “reducing them under absolute despotism”.

And that is precisely where we are at.

Which is why it is entirely laughable when people keep referring to elections and Amendments as a solution to the chains being forged around our necks.

Thanks Alexander, now I really don’t feel inclined to vote for you.

Alienating voters is stupid since he didn’t win in a landslide.

I will be calling Phil Roe's office tomorrow to get his justification for his support of Lamar in light of this disgusting spectacle.

I have never done a write in vote. Will be a first when I write in Joe Carr in November.

There are freepers that support the gope, and attack the tea party. You’ll see a lot of them in November, telling you that you HAVE to vote R or the world will end. Same ones that supported Willard.

TN people will always be for amnesty; it’s in their genes, but I bet old Andy Jackson wouldn’t be for it.

TN must be full of idiots now; years ago I heard the delightful Minnie Pearl endorsing Lamar! If Minnie can be fooled, nearly all can be fooled in TN.

What is the level of interest in a voter write-in Campaign?

SIX MORE YEARS of Amnesty Alexander is a very looooong time to suffer - - - .
