For a man age 69, he is jetting all over the country. That will wear out a 40 year old. Not much sleep, and jet lag is tough on seniors.

Have you seen the interior of his plane? Trump's plane is like a home. No jet lag there.

This is all fun for Trump. It energizes him.

He has always had boundless energy.

BTW, you know he doesn't drink alcohol either.
