OSAKA, Japan — President Donald Trump on Saturday defended former Vice President Joe Biden's performance in the first Democratic presidential debate and said Sen. Kamala Harris got "too much credit" for her searing attack on Biden over his history on race and busing to desegregate schools.
Although he conceded that Biden "didn't do well, certainly," Trump said the facts might not have been on Biden's side and that had he "answered the question a little bit differently, it would have been a different result."
Speaking to reporters at a news conference after the G-20 summit in Japan, Trump said that the line of attack by Harris was "so out of the can," suggesting it was rehearsed ahead of time.

Operation chaos. The debates are fake, planned setup. Splitting warran and Bernie was planned to split their vote. The fact that all they talk about is the “Harris take down” of Biden also strikes me as pre-planned. I think that does show that the DNC would be comfortable with Harris as the nominee. The fact that she can’t stick to a position benefits Trump as the hard leftist wouldn’t trust her

I watched about 20 seconds of Harris chiding Biden. It was mostly over Biden’s support of segregationists — decades ago. Ye Ole Race Card.
Reminded me of the Dems hounding Trent Lott after he made some complementary remarks about Strom Thurmond.

One of the most damaging images was Biden looking all sad and sorry, like he agreed that he deserved it. No wonder his poll points dropped from 41 to 31.
