I have read these reports of him injecting Terri with insulin....I didn't realize that it was on more than one occasion. What I do not understand is why this alone is not grounds to arrest him. There is either something wrong with the statements or there is something seriously wrong with law enforcement being complicit in what may turn out to be the must public murder in history!

"looks like a fruit fairy"

I was thinking more like "Chester the Molester" or the kind of guy that runs around wearing a trench coat and flashes people.

I don't know about if there's a policy, or how much money, etc.

I recall dimly that someone mentioned "double indemnity" somewhere.
With all these threads and 100o's of posts, I can't always keep everything straight in my memory.

Oh, No! I might be experiencing the first stages of senility here!
Glad I live 3000 miles away from Felos.

But one day when the real Judge comes it will no longer fail us! And those like PMS, Nutcase and Grrear will no longer care about money or the things they do. They will stand before Him when the books are opened.

I am off to dream of that day!
Good Night!
God Bless You!

"Beyond skin pinching, how else can they determine her hydration status?"

Hubby dearest has probably forbidden "skin-pinching," interpreting it as rehabilitative therapy. It might actually act to give her some stimulation.

This is from the complaint filed with US Dist. Court on Aug. 30, 2003
http://www.zimp.org/complaint.pdf, page 19:

81. Moreover, in the state court proceedings initiated by defendant Michael Schiavo, Terri Schiavo, a severely disabled individual, had no guardian ad litem and no lawyer for most of the time.

82. Terri briefly did have the service of Richard L. Pearse, Esq., appointed by the court in 1998.

83. Attorney Pearse was dismissed from the case by the state court on motion by George J. Felos, Esq., the non-party co-conspirator herein, after the former filed a report concluding that Michael Schiavo had an irreconcilable conflict of interest due to Schiavo's relationship with another woman, his financial stake in Terri's death, and the fact that he tried to let Terri die of a urinary tract infection in 1993.

84. The state court proceedings which led to the Florida Second District Court of Appeals' fateful August 22, 2003 order severely prejudiced Terri's federal constitutional and statutory rights, which were never defended and in fact were violated. The violations included: a) ineffective assistance of counsel, b) due process violations, and c) blatant conflict of interest with Terri's guardian, defendant Michael Schiavo, as more fully set forth above.

"If the guardian (Michael) doesn't want to take care of her at his home, then he can move her to a hospice."

Perish the thought. He would probably LOVE that opportunity. Then he could arrange for her anticipated demise at his leisure.

I am so confused!

Terri should never have been placed in Hospice in the first place! She has no terminal illness nor was she expected to die within six months, which is a general rule for Hospice care!

With that said, why did they return her there?
Now she has a chance again at life!

Terri should not be in a Hospice, and especially this one!

"Some people get it. Some people don't."

And some people won't...no matter how blatantly the truth stares them down.
