Well, Pam Anderson said she doesnt have long. Maybe she'll take a stab it it. Speaking of stab, maybe we can take up a collection and pay Lorena Bobbitt to date him.

Hospice care is only for the terminally ill -- Usually within six months of predicted death. That's the qualification for admission to hospices in my area. I give to the local hospice system because my Dad used their services when he was dying of cancer. They provide visiting nurses to assist caregivers in home care situations, also help pay the cost of medications incl pain medications to ease suffering.

You are right it is bitter .. especially to deny her family the right to visit her and then to finally agree .. only to leave and not tell the family what is going on

If her faily saw her they would be more than eager to tell us how she looks and responds etc..Lucifer is keeping them away and we are going to suddenly hear on news that terri has died and was cremated before family members had a chance to see her. I hate to think so negative but reality is this is way this is headed Like I said Tallahasse just did a CYA thing

just heard on CNN that a new guardian won't be able to do much and that Lucifer will remain her guardian. The only thing he won't be able to do is pull her feeding tube. Now this sucks big time if true.

*Groan*...Say it ain't so...

Does anyone have a copy of the actual law text?

The new person would be a guardian ad litem. A GAL can have fairly broad powers, but I don't know just what the law says about this one in particular.

For one thing, they do not have a lab there to check her blood work. Nor do they have the ability (or will) to quickly stabilize or resuscitate her. This is just wrong, wrong, wrong.

The usual treatment for after-effects of dehydration is just IV fluids for several days. Unless some other complications were detected, the hospice wouldn't need to do anything more than keep the IV line running and the feeding tube fed. And I'm sure they're required to let a doctor examine her regularly to see if she needs to go back to a hospital -- just like she did for the rehydration and reinsertion of the feeding tube, which couldn't be handled at the hospice.

BS.

The money was coming from the fund to the hospice:

Or (more likely!) the money was going FROM the fund persobnally and directly to the euthansia-sponsoring LAWYER (until it ran out) who (as a member of the hospiace directors) merely siphoned off all the funds until the fund ran dry.

Once the fund ran dry, then it is suddenly in the lawyer's interest to get her killed as soon as possible.

"efforts made to stop her" should read, "efforts made to save her."

hubby can still control everything about Terri but the feeding tube. Yea, this statement sums it up very well!!!!

Apparently so. CNN Headline News just reported that the guardian will be her "advocate," but Michael retains "decision-making power." What's the point of the guardian, if he has no power?

This is crazy....

I have discovered that Jodi Ann Centonze was also Jodi Ann Blough at some other point in time, leading me to believe that she was married before. If she was previously married, then she would've had to have gotten an annulment in order to married with the sanction of the Catholic Church. Otherwise, it's invalid. They would both need to have an annulment. Who are they trying to kid?

I can get proof to you of Jodi's other name. I found it while doing a search on her on MyFloridaCounty.com.

So what was the financial incentive for the hospice to have Terri around for three years now? One post said the hospice was not even charging Schiavo for its "services."

Simple. Schiavo's lawyer, Feros, is on the hospice's board of directors (or some other leadership position), and there is no such thing as negative publicity. In fact, most people view Michael Schiavo and the hospice as the "good guys".

The sorry SOB probably wants to make sure nothing is done to help her organs recover. Then they can claim that she suffered and died because of the efforts made to stop her. He is one hateful individual.

He's already started. I just heard an abc radio news update. They had a sound byte on of Demon Felos speaking to the press. He said, paraphrasing as closely as I can, "Terri's organs are in a weakened state. Re-hydrating her could weaken them more and will cause her more suffering."

It continues to hurt Terri and her family's cause that Felos has such easy access to mainstream media where they seem not to. That little article up aways further from World Net Daily was very well done and hit all the salient points of what's happening now. But, how many people read WND? Compared to how many people watch or hear abc or cnn news? (I've heard Felos sound bytes on and off all day on those feeds)

THE RED ZONE WROTE: "It's illegal for her to go into the hospice unless she's terminal, but maybe she now is due to the organ damage suffered during the starvation."

But since MICHAEL has the OPPORTUNITY to inject her with INSULIN like it appears he has DONE FIVE TIMES BEFORE, he may have done it a SIXTH time, KILLING her if the nurses did not realize he had done it, e.g. by him staying with her until dead.

MICHAEL WANTS---and NEEDS---TERRI DEAD!!!

why can't a divorce be granted to Terri?

She couldn't possible sign the papers. But her legal guardian could. And guess who that is....

OK. Thanks for the responses. So it's absolutely out of the question without a change of guardian?
