Her organs wouldn't be useable, in my opinion

Yes, I realize they wouldn't be IF they let her linger but hubby and Felos might have thought they'd get by with this and with no one in the room her condition could "suddenly" become worse with little or no organ damage. It may have been Terri's Bill that messed up their little plan. I know, total speculation but you've got to admit hauling her back to the hospice is the action of a very desperate monster.

The girlfriends mother was guarding Terri after the tube was removed.

Geeesh, has this man no shame??? He is the most disgusting excuse for a human being. My opinion of the girlfriend and her mother are pretty low as well. These people make me sick.

I found some odd stuff about potential guardian ad litem, Dr. Jay Wolfson, being involved in an assault case.

Don't know if any of this has any meaning, but FWIW, here are a couple of links I posted on another thread:

Jay Wolfson involved in "scholar's fracas" (alleged assault on a woman)

court papers re Jay Wolfson

Does anyone have any background information on the heart attack that caused Terri's disability to begin with? Has there ever been a diagnosis as to what caused it? I've read that her husband stands to get a large sum of insurance money when she dies. Has foul play on his part ever been ruled out in her illness?

Heart attack victims clutch their chest. Terri was found clutching her throat.

Not all hospices are like that. I think you have to look at the individual working there. Some would like nothing more than for someone to be healed and walk out of there. Maybe not that place where she is, but some hospices.

on the contrary . . . with relatively few exceptions (of whom Terri's family speak with great love and fondness), those in positions in the Catholic church seem to have turned their backs on Terri's family in their time of need. The local priests were warned not to get involved in this; most have heeded that.

But let's be honest here. As I drove into the area, church marquees were inviting us to their harvest festivals. I didn't see any that mentioned Terri.

However, while at the vigil/protest, a dear person did drop off a petition for Terri's mom signed by members of her church. Businesses donated pizzas etc as did caring individuals.

Some people get it. Some people don't.

You're back. Terri's at Hospice. Why? Who knows? Nobody knows her condition except Felos, hubby and their sadistic crew.

We can't complain about Felos at this time because they have to conference to get Terri a guardian in the next five days.

All we can do is update the guys who spearheaded the efforts on Tuesday to save Terri's life, Jeb Bush and also update Bob Marshall. See my post above. PLEASE FOCUS ON UPDATING THE LEADERS every time something else ridiculous happens: JEB, HOUSE AND SENATE MEMBERS and BOB MARSHALL IN D.C. Same as before. I already covered Jeb and Johnny Byrd. I'll email the House & Senate leaders (4 guys?) tomorrow.

This is like Mardi Gras without the party. FV

I would assume that they are able to handle it, or it would be a violation of the order for them to admit her there

The reason I asked was because .. wasn't Terry recently rushed to the hospital do to a fever?

If that is true, then I wonder if they can properly care for her medical needs after what she has been through

And Terri's right to privacy has not been cancelled by the intense public interest in her case.

In the event of Terri's demise, would testimony and evidence from the earlier GAL be admissable in her murder trial? I would hope that the laws intended to protect the privacy of the victim wouldn't prevent the prosecution of her killer.

They can do the feeding tube at the hospice. You are right about the rehydration too.

But she won't be able to get any rehab care. She had organs start to shut down already. Hospice can't tend to that.

So...which level has Terri rec'd? Who has been paying for her stay in a facility that provides nothing for Terri?

Levels of Hospice Care

There are four levels of hospice care defined by Medicare and paid by Medicare, Medicaid, and most other insurance plans. Hospice care is available no matter where you live. Hospice keeps you in the setting that best meets your needs. Some or all of these levels of care may be used during hospice care.

Routine Care. The patient continues to live at home and receive hospice services. The family is able to handle the care of the patient with assistance from the hospice interdisciplinary team. Routine hospice care is also available in many other settings including, but not limited to, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice residential facilities.

Continuous Care. Skilled nursing services are provided in the patient's place of residence to help during a crisis period.

Inpatient Care. This care is provided in a facility (hospital, nursing facility, or hospice freestanding inpatient facility) for symptoms or crises that cannot be managed in the patient's home. Inpatient care is provided for a limited period of time, as determined by the physician and hospice.

Respite Care. This service is provided in a facility (hospital, nursing facility, or hospice freestanding inpatient facility) and is designed to give caregivers a rest. Respite care is limited to five days and nights at a time. This service is often used to provide a break so that caregivers can participate in other family activities, such as holiday celebrations, or just to relieve a tired caregiver for a few days.

The hospice or the attending physician determine what levels of care are needed. Not all patients use or need all levels of care, yet all are available if needed.

for violating the executive order served by Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Post 434.

What's the violation? be specific.... spell it out.

All the EO required is that they reinstate hydration and nutrition .... That's been done it seems... there is nothing about where she must be kept [hospital, hospice], etc or whether she can be moved at her guardians request....

Read the order and look at the specifics.....
