No, Wolfson is not taking the guardianship from Schiavo. He is merely a court "advocate" and appears to be an advocate for Schiavo, not for Terri. This judge knew all this when he made the selection. It's part of FL's "good-ol' boy" network. I wonder if Wolfson and Demers have connections with Senator Graham.

Another possibility we face is that George W. Greer may jail Mr. Schindler for contempt of court because Schindler circulated the "banned" video of Terri. Thus far, George W. Greer has been strangely silent. Perhaps he is plotting his legal comeback to Bush and the legislature. At any rate, do not interpret his quiet status as good news.
