I have no doubt about Snott's guilt. I think Sandylapper was saying that we don't know if he had hired someone to do it or to help. To me, that makes no difference. If you don't rob the bank or shoot the gun but you drive the get away car, you are as guilty as the shooter is if someone is killed.

Besides, I think Snott killed her himself with no outside help.

I was able to watch the following, but was away from the computer then so could not post it right away:

During Hannity and Colmes Rita Cosby gave a breathless "exclusive sources" report. (I'm probably forgetting some details but here goes)

Rita repeated the two wet mops information. She verified that her exclusive sources say the defense is going to do the Mark Fuhrman treatment on tomorrow's witness.

Rita said her exclusive sources say the prosecution does not think there was a fight between Scott and Laci. She said the prosecution does not believe Laci knew about Amber at all.

Rita said that Scott has told friends (and family, I think she included) that in addition to Amber he had affairs with at least 3 other women. Again, Rita said despite Scott saying he told Laci about Amber, the prosecution does not think that's the case. I heard Rita say, but don't remember if Scott claims or his friends and/or family said, that Scott has a "sex problem" and had to be with more than one woman.

I am not one who puts much stock in Rita Cosby, so for what it's worth. And as I said, I saw the report earlier so am probably forgetting some salient details.

As to the OJ trial and Cochran, I couldn't agree more. That trial was probably one of the worst travesty's of Justice in recent decades. That is an example of a Nullified Jury. Someone asked Marcia Clark when she knew that they were going to acquit. She said, when I saw the Jury. And I'll never forgive Cochran for that. He KNEW that Simpson literally slaughtered two people and in fact nearly decapitated his wife and mother of his children. Notice how he has never recovered in the public's eye and he has been in trouble with the Law several times since. I would hate to be him on Judgment Day. There may not have been justice on this earth, but there will be justice!! I have very little respect for Defense attorney's any more. Most of them are extremely over paid bottom feeders.

Regardless of Rita's breathless reports and dubious reliability, I do believe what you just posted. After today, it's clear that the Defense has abandoned their Satanic cults bull$hit and settled on an attack the credibility of all the Law Enforcement officers and make like poor Snotty was framed. I have a hard time seeing how they will get around the fact that Law Enforcement interviewed all the registered sex offenders in the area and surrounding area numbering in the hundreds. I also fail to see how the Defense will get around Peterson's own words and his computer trails. This will NOT be the same kind of Jury that Simpson had. One of the old black ladies on that Jury couldn't remember the name of the woman who sat beside her every Court day for 10 months. So she really got the DNA evidence huh? Yup, she absorbed that alright. I have always said that THAT Jury would have acquitted Simpson even if they had a video of him committing the murders. It would have been doctored ya know. I pray that California is NOT prepared to set another obvious wife slaughterer free.

Did you hear the bit about the fax?

There's something about a fax at Scott's warehouse. After listening to them talk about it, I think I got it: the fax machine wouldn't have been working if the power had been out. So there's something where a fax having been received on his machine supposedly plays into the bit about the power being out.

Greta VS said she saw McAllister ask the officer if he'd looked at the fax. Apparently the officer did, by flashlight. Greta said she saw McAllister bring up the fax only after Scott had said something in his ear during the questioning.
