Lt Col Dwynne Arneson; US Air Force (ret.)
A 26 year veteran of the USAF with an above top secret SCI-TK clearance. He worked as a computer systems analyst for Boeing and was the director of Logistics at Wright Patterson AFB. While at Malstrom AFB in Montana he saw a message that said that a circular UFO was seen hovering near the missile silos and that all of the missiles went off-line so that they could not be launched

Lt Col Thomas Beardon
A leading conceptualist in alternate energy technologies, electromagnetic bio-effects, unified field theory concepts, and other related areas. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Army and holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He speaks extensively about how it is possible to derive useable energy from the vacuum without violating any currently known laws of physics. He and others have built electromechanical devices which demonstrate this technology [Qx: A current major push of the Disclosure project is to bring such products to market within the next 1-2 years. They seem to be well on their way with no one dying, yet. They have sworn to avoid any big corp take-overs, squelching etc.].

Mr Harland Bentley U.S. Army (ret.)
Involved in working on classified projects with several Government agencies including NASA and the DOE. He recounts a story of personally witnessing a UFO crash at a NIKE AJAX Missile Facility in Maryland and viewing a group of UFOs on radar take off at a calculated 17,000 mph. He also speaks of a 1967/68 incident where he overheard a conversation between Houston Control and astronauts in flight talk about avoiding a collision with a UFO space craft.

Lt Colonel Charles Brown US Air Force (ret.)
Col. Brown worked in the Air Force Office of Special investigations. He was assigned to work on Project Grudge where he was responsible for investigating UFOs and came to recognize that on some cases there were no viable conventional explanations. He later came to believe that Bluebook was a deliberate whitewash to the public. He was privy to reports of cases where four independent radars were tracking objects that were traveling 5,000 mph.

Mr John Callahan FAA Civision Chief (ret.)
For 6 years Mr Callahan was the Division Chief of the Accidents and Investigations Branch of the FAA in Whasington DC. He tells of a 1986 Japanese Airlines [Qx: cargo flight] that was followed by a UFO [Qx: huge--'as big as 3--747's] for 31 minutes [Qx: other sources have said 40 minutes or thereabouts] over the Alaskan skies. The CIA instructed everyone involved that the incident never took place.

Mr Franklin Carter US Navy (ret.)
Trained as an electronic radar technician in the Navy in the 50's and 60's. He tells of an incident where he witnessed a clear, unambiguous radar contact speeding along at 3,400 mph. There were other radar operators as well who, at various times in 1957 and 1958, also witnessed these unusually fast moving objects. At the time, the fastest human aircraft clocked in at 1,100 mph. In one case an Air Force operator tracked one of these UFOs 300-400 miles out in space.

Mr Gordon Creighton British Foreign Service Official (Ret.)
Mr Creighton spent many years in the British Foreign Service. He spent 10 years in China and in 1941 saw a disc-shaped silent UFO with a blue-white light on top flying very fast. In 1953 he spent some time with the Military Defense in Whitehall and worked on the floor underneath a department, Air Technical, dealing with UFOs.

Professor Paul Csysz; Professor of Aeronautical Engineering
A Professor of Aeronautical Engineering at Parks College in St Louis. He spent 8 years in the Air Force at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and another 30 years working for McDonnell-Douglas in the field of exotic technologies. While at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, he was involved in tracking UFOs over Missouri, Ohio, and Michigan. These UFOs were clocked at speeds around 20,000 MPH as they performed unusual silent maneuvers.

Neil Daniels; Pilot USAF, United Airlines (ret.)
A pilot with over 30,000 hrs of flight time spanning 59 years. He became a B-17 pilot surviving 29 combat missions. AFter leaving the Air Force he worked for United Airlines for 35 years. In March of 1977 while flying a commercial flight from San Francisco to Boston the plane began to bank while left on autopilot. He looked out the window and noticed a brilliant light as all three compasses began reporting different readings.

Colonel Ross Dedrickson US Air Force (ret.)
A retired Colonel from the USAF. Back in the 1950's part of his responsibilities included maintaining the inventory of the nuclear weapons stockpile for the AEC and accompanying security teams checking out the weapons. Many reports kept coming in that UFOs were seen at various nuclear storage facilities and some of the manufacturing plants. He has seen them himself many times and was present when the famous UFO fly-over over the Capital occured in July of 1952

Major George A Filer III; U.S. Air Force (ret.)
An Air Force intelligence officer who not only had an extraordinary encounter with a massive UFO on radar over the United Kingdom, but later, in the 1970s while he was at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey, found out that an extraterrestrial biological entity had been shot at Fort Dix. The Extraterrestrial fled to adjacent McGuire Air Force Base where it died on the tarmac.

Lt Frederick Marshall Fox; US Navy (ret.)
A Navy pilot in the 1960's flying attack planes. He had a top-secret clearance and served in Vietnam. He is a retired pilot of 33 years with American Airlines. During one incident in late 1964, while flying an A4 Skyhawk, he says that a darkened saucer shaped object about 30 feet in diameter appeared on his left side. There were many other events over the coarse of his career where he observed saucer shaped and cigar shaped UFOs over military installations.

Dr Richard Haines NSAS Research Scientist
A NASA research scientist since the mid 1960's. He has worked on the Gemini, Apollo, and Skylab programs as well as several others. Dr Haines has compiled over 3,000 cases of unusual visual and radar sightings of unexplained aerial phenomena. In one case a B52 captain told him that he and his crew had five found spheres appear just off of each wingtip behind their aircraft, above the aircraft, and below and they kept up with the plane at cruise altitude and speed.

Professor Robert Jacobs; Lt. US Air Force (ret.)
A respected professor at a major US university. In the 1960's he was an Air Force officer in charge of optical instrumentation. In 1964, during the test of an ICBM with a mock warhead, his team caught on film a UFO traveling alongside the missile at 11,000 to 14,000 mph. The UFO proceeded to project four beams of light at the ICBM causing the dummy warhead to tumble harmlessly back to earth [Qx: testimony cites the belief that the beams of light were plama beams].

Brig. Gen. Steven Loekin Army National Guard Reserve
After entering the military in 1958 he joined the WHite House Army Signaling Agency and served under President Eisenhower, then under President Kennedy with an above Top Secret clearance. He was familiar with Project Blue Book and was shown a piece of metalic debris taken from the Roswell crash. While working under President Eisenhower, he discovered that Eisenhower had a keen interest in UFOs, but that Eisenhower came to realize that he had lost control of the subject [Qx: and that Ike said that it would "not be in the best of hands" i.e. in the corporate bigwig's hands].

Merle Shane McDow; US Navy--Atlantic Command
Entering the Navy in 1978 he gained a top secret, Special Compartmented Intelligence (SCI) clearance with Zebra Stripes. He was assigned to the Atlantic Operational Support Facility, under the command of Admiral Trane. He was present when a UFO was tracked on radar and visually confirmed by pilots. It moved up and down the Atlantic coast. The Command Center was put on Zebra alert with Admiral Trane giving the order to force down the UFO if possible.

When this DVD video became available at a low half price, I decided to take a look. It's not the most HOLLYWOODY in it's presentation but plenty high enough in technical quality.
I particularly appreciated being able to see the eyes of the speakers and watch them as they narrated their reports. They are quite convincing to me--even with my thousands of hours of face to face interviews with counselees claiming all kinds of things.
It was interesting to note that an unusually high proportion of them--if I had a daughter, I'd rather that she didn't date them--there was a darkness about the eyes of many of them. Others were quite pleasant and bright in their eyes and personalities.
I don't know that any witness had any particularly startling revelations for those who are well read in the area. However, there were tidbits here and there that I hadn't come across before. And, the whole collection--which I haven't totally made it through yet--the whole collection of testimony is impressive. Some of the otherwise disconnected witnesses corroborated each other's stories.
This is but a tiny sampling of the 100 witnesses who's stories have been taped and stored. I'm not clear if the larger group of 400+ witnesses have also stored such records (as I THINK is true) or if some of the larger 400+ group are awaiting congressional immunity so they can have greater hope of holding onto their pensions and lives.
The energy generation product project is evidently well underway. Independent scientific organizations have vetted the product and it is now in the process of being reviewed for manufacturing design factors to gear up for manufacturing. As I recall, it's size is bigger than a breadbox but smaller than a large piece of luggage and easily held by a normal person.
All involved are extremely intent on protecting the product and getting it into the hands of the common man. They recognize that there are still serious hurdles (in terms of 'the powers that be' who would sabotage it) to overcome before that day. Nevertheless, IMHO, they are amazingly far along toward that goal.
I believe the DVD is worth having for those interested in the subject.
There is a longer SPECIAL CONGRESSIONAL BRIEFING which is 4 hours which I have not gotten yet.
Given the recent UFO threads (I'll post the links below), it seemed helpful and fitting to see if we could find amongst our FREEPERS anyone who knew/knows, worked with any of these witnesses.
Also, the DVD has plenty of interesting stuff to talk about for those interested. I may try and transcribe some sample testimonies and put in this thread in coming weeks.

I remember reading this. This subject has fascinated me since I was a kid reading about the events at Roswell, then reading further about how the disk was only a "weather balloon".
Conventional explainations cover many, but not all sightings.
1) Their survival will be more important than our survival.
2) Wimps don't become top dogs.
3) They will assume that the first two laws apply to us.
To expand;
If there is even the slightest possibility that we will threaten their survival, there will be elements of that species who will advocate eliminating the threat -- even if that means eliminating us as a species.
Any species that manages to claw itself to the top of a planetary food chain and develop the technology required for interplanetary space flight is going to be as least as tough, smart and nasty as we are. They may change philosophically, but the potential will most likely remain.
If they encounter another space-capable species, they are going to assume that species is as least as tough, smart and nasty as they are capable of being, and also assume that we may view them as a threat to their survival -- and act accordingly.
