What we like about Ann is how she so often writes what we are thinking, but don't have her gift for putting into words in the way she does.
Whatta Gal! Whatta writer.
God bless her.

Please, someone, explain:
is wearing a "W.W.C.V.B.D.?" (what would Claus von Bulow do?) bracelet?
I also think Ann Coulter has been lurking here. She combed through and found the very best of our arguments and THEN sold a column full of 'em.
Vivat, Ann!

Larry King can interview Louis Farrakhan and make him look like a charmer. -Ann CoulterYeah, but when he interviewed Ann Coulter, he looked like Bela Lugosi passing a kidney stone.

And then there was this creepy guy that somehow, miraculously, popped out of a lifelong coma just long enough to shake his fnger at the camera while he declare these words on a national televised news program:"I never, ever, had sexual intercourse with that woman... Monica Lewinski!"
Then he immediately slipped back into his lifelong coma !!! ;-))

Thanks for posting this. I got a laugh out of it, even though the subject matter is grim.

A few years ago, Judge Greer found that Helene Ball McGee did not have reasonable cause to believe domestic violence was imminent and denied her an order of protection. Two weeks later, Mrs. McGee was stabbed to death by her husband. This judge is a serial killer!

Ann properly describes the exclusive control that Judge Greer maintains over the life of Terri Schiavo, a point ignored by too many on this forum who insist that his decisions have been "reviewed" by other courts and judges. His legal opinions have been reviewed, but his critical findings of fact NEVER have been.
This man - this fallible, incapable, selfish man - held Terri Schiavo's life in his hands with a terrible tenacity, until Governor Bush and the Florida Legislature recognized the fatal flaw in existing legislation in this area and took steps to correct it.
But more terrible than Judge Greer's stubborn self- righteousness has been his refusal to recuse himself due to his physical inability to consider all of the evidence in this case. George Greer is visually impaired, to the degree that he is unable to obtain a driver's license. But Terri Schiavo is unable to communicate either verbally or in writing. All that she can do to indicate her mental presence is to look, gesture, and show her face - all completely beyond the ken of this inadequate judge who continues to try to kill her, perhaps to avoid the embarassment of his own failure NOT to act.
Defeat at the polls would be inadequate for his arrogance. He ought to be impeached and removed, immediately, and every other judge ought to take a proper lesson in public SERVICE instead of public arrogance.

It sounds like that judge is making judgments on the side of dying rather than living. Why does he want people to die?
