Researching all of the many , many Howard Dean sites, for infomation about His family it is hard to find many pictures of him with his family. I wondered why that might be. You never see pictures of Howard Deans children, Anne, or Paul. I did find this picture of the Dean's
Maybe some of you could shed more light on this for me.

Maybe some of you could shed more light on this for me. Looks to me like the one on the left is male, the one on the right is female. Are you confused?
To: AmericanMade1776
Perhaps they're metrophobes?

I gotta say, I am from the school of 'lay off the family' unless they are used for political purposes.

no..i am not confused...I can tell this is his wife and son, but they are not on the campaign trail together, they are going to court, due to his son robbing a country club of over 500 worth of liquor. What I wanted to know, is why Howard Dean is not seen with any of his family other than this photograph.

Perhaps he is embarrassed that they are heterosexuals?

This is actually a good thing. Too many politicians pose with their families just so they can say: "Hey look at what a family man I am".

Perhaps because no other members of his family are running for elective office at present?
I don't see his family as being anything remotely like a fit subject for examination in the coming campaign.

W, never brought the twins out on the campaign trail either. I don't think I saw much of them untill the inagruation. Laura wasn't exactly out there much in 2000 either. Rather have that then the HillBilly, two for the price of one.

If you see this sign at a Dean campaign HQ, that would be a good indication they are not Metrophobes.

Perhaps he's embarrassed that his son is a convicted felon and his wife has been signed up to reprise Margaret Hamilton's role(s) in the re-make of the Wizard of Oz.
