"In the Declaration of Independence, the colonies listed the crimes the King had committed against them, which compelled them to declare a separate government. Amoung them was the very problem we now have with our judiciary!"

We should also remember that the Declaration of Independence is still in effect, even though it predates the current Constitution.

It was passed by the lawful legislative branch of the US, hasn't been repealed, and has not yet been overturned by the courts.

"Daylate Dollarshort, legerdemain, Deep_6 (or was that Deep_Sh!te),..."

I was wondering if that was my favorite troll, Deep 6. They seemed very similar in most ways.

DL$S and leger have a different style. At least that's how I read them.

"Does it make any difference that this crime is not yet "completed", the would-be victim is not yet murdered? Is there any leverage over Felos in any of this?"

Could a lawyer be called an accomplice in those circumstances?

"Palpatine got the big ZOT last night, so unless he shows back up with another screen name (wouldn't be the first time), we won't be having to deal with him anymore."

That'll teach me to read ahead before replying! ... nah, probably not....

>> Terri's problem is that she didn't have a living will.

At age 26, you seldom stop to think that you could be strangled at any moment.

> Do you think Deaf-Blind people are turnips, too?

Judge Greer is as deaf to the truth as he is blind, so I could go along with calling him a turnip. On the other hand, that's pretty insulting to turnips.

Nope, Felos is not a veggie. He's a real weirdo, though. On a death trip -- lead attorney for the firm of Death & Putrefaction, Esq.

Maybe he gets his jollies killing people. He certainly seems to enjoy it. I can picture his wife saying to him, "George, I'm feeling romantic. Did you snuff anyone today?"
