This is very easy. Walk door-to-door with a lawnmower and take your payments in cash. No SSN required. THe benfits aren't the best, but I worked for six years prior to my 16th Birthday and obviously didn't have a SSN.

And then, when the person that refuses to use a SS number and submit to FICA withholding is old and sick, they then use the system to pay for their medical assistance. I know this happens based on a personal acquaintance.

when i was 9 years old in a small midwestern town i mowed at least a dozen lawns all Spring, Summer, and Fall, one was an entire block i remember and had 4 houses and yards - and i got a SS Card because the Postmaster there told me I had to have one to work ... and I got one ... lol (i never knew the next step).

most were little old ladies with very good lemonade and iced tea :)
