Teen saves brother from alleged sex assault try [by illegal immigrant from Brazil]

An alert teenage boy saved his younger brother from being sexually assaulted when a Plymouth janitor in a town-owned hall allegedly tried to take off his pants, authorities said.

``My oldest son did something that you wouldn't think a 14-year-old could do - he was smart enough to deal with the whole situation,'' said the boys' father, who didn't give his name for fear either son would be identified. ``It could have been a lot different. I shudder to think about it.''

The teen accompanied his 6-year-old brother into the bathroom of Memorial Hall in Plymouth when the janitor, Andre Luis Dias, 39, allegedly tried to assault the youngster.

Dias, an illegal immigrant from Brazil, allegedly tried to take off the 6-year-old's pants before the hero teen picked up his brother and led him outside to safety.

Unbelievable,'' said the father.

The way he dealt with the whole thing was beyond my belief. How calm he was and the way he took control of the situation. I'm very proud of him.''

Dias pleaded innocent during his arraignment at Plymouth District Court Tuesday on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, assault with intent to rape, and giving a false name and Social Security number to a police officer.

Bail was posted at $5,000, but since he is an illegal immigrant, the Immigration and Naturalization Service has ordered him held without bail.

Dias' attorney, Paulo Moura, insists his client was not inappropriate with the little boy.

``There was nothing indecent about the touching that is alleged in the police report,'' Moura said.

Actually, if our INS (or BICE, or whatever it is called now) would actually enfore our immigration laws, this boy's older brother wouldn't have had to intervene to save him from this illegal cockroach.

Yes, I am sure there are many American parents that abuse their kids.

There are also many homegrown Berkley students that wish to fly planes into the Sears Tower.

But terrorist acts or sex abuse acts, perpetrated by people who should not even be here in the first place, can easily be prevented if our legislature and President would drop the political correctness and stop pandering to ethnic groups.

It doesn't say who this clown's employer was, but if it was a town owned hall could it be he was working for them? If so, it's nice to know these local governments have no problem hiring illegal aliens or not making sure contractors don't employ them.
