I'm disappointed that Brian Battaglia was forced to issue this "apology", despite the fact that it was made under extreme duress by the Penn State administration.
But the funniest statement in this entire article was the following:
Allies President Sara Ryan said she was concerned about the photographs depicting an "oversodomized frat pledge" because it is an insult to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and allied community at the university.
Are we to take from her quote that Sara Ryan supports oversodomizing fraternity pledges? Are their any homosexual activities that Sara Ryan opposes? Fisting? Think about it.

When's the last time a campus group apologized for something they said or did that offended white males?

Those poor, poor, little hamsters.....Maybe PETA could get in on that?

He's a Dumba$$, its time they find a new conservative leader there. This only makes conservatism a harder sell to minorities who have been brainwashed by the socialists in America.

Brian Battaglia is toast. He's radioactive. He will never hold another position in a Republican Party organization again. He is an embarassment to the party. He should resign tomorrow and get it over with.

Is that your standard for doing what is right, whether right has been done to you?
The haters of the conservative movement are an albatross. This would be an 80/20 country if not for the haters who turn off so many.
To: HAL9000
I disagree. The hate runs so deep in these hard-core left wing groups at Penn State that somebody has to have the courage to stand up to these people.
Brian had the courage, and I commend and support him for it.
Please tell us the single thing he did which upsets you the most.

Please tell us the single thing he did which upsets you the most. Posting blackface photos while serving as the chairman of the Penn State College Republicans. This is totally inappropriate behavior for an officer of the party.
In addition to extinguishing his political future, he has destroyed his prospects for an executive career at many companies. What business is going to hire this guy when they search Google for "Brian Battaglia" and find this article, archived forever on Free Republic? No Fortune 500 company will touch him now.

Not only did he put on black face, but he was stupid enough to post on a repub. website. Have you ever heard Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Clarence Thomas, Niger Ennis etc.. Idiots like Brian are what uninformed minorities see after the dems and the media dwell upon. While the above mentioned are labeled race traitors.

I have to agree. I suspect our young friend didn't realize that in lampooning one stereotype he was reinforcing another. College kid. Feh!

He's a Dumba$$, its time they find a new conservative leader there. Ok, Ok, I agree that the "Sorostitute" character was a bit over the edge. That one did go a bit too far.
But it was John McCain and Russ Feingold who are responsible for that one. Despite what the First Amendment says about "Congress shall make no law...", they went ahead and did it anyway.
Whether it was their original intent, or whether it was another example of the law of "Unintended Consequences", the so-called "Campaign Finance Reform" law has allowed multi-billionaire global government proponent George Soros to come in and purchase a highly influential number of shares in the Dimocrat Party.
But he did it legally, even though it violated the plain words of the Constitution, so therefore it was provocative of the College Republicans to make fun of poor Sorostitutes at Penn State.
Got that straight now?

Why is it so offensive to you that someone complains about discrimination against whites?
Perhaps you would be more comfortable at Democratic Underground-like you, they think it's "racist" for white people to complain about racism and discrimination against whites

I complain about racism. Not white racism, not black racism, not yellow racism. All of it. If you don't like it, tough.
You think dressing up in black-face is complaining, in the year 2003??? I suspect I'm wasting my breath on you.
To: StopGlobalWhining
"It was John McCain and Russ Feingold who were responsible"
For the idiot to dress up in blackface and post the pics on a Repub. website for the world to see?????????????
There is this little thing called personal responsibility. A leader leads by EXAMPLE. He should lead by example and step down.

I never said the pictures wouldn't be expected to offend anyone.
But guess what?-a lot of free speech is offensive, and students don't sign away their free speech rights when they enter college.
I'm sick of white students being singled out and persecuted for speech found to be not politically correct while non-white students are not only allowed to offend white students with impunity, but are congratulated for it by their professors
Apparently, you have no problem with such a double standard.
But I do.
If that upsets you so much, you are heartily invited to never respond to any of my posts in the future
