The poll is on the left side of the page.
"A UCLA study says California's constitution should be amended so the state's four and a-half (m) million non-citizen adults can vote in local elections... Study author Joaquin Avila (wah-KEEN' AH'-vuh-luh) says cities wouldn't be ordered to let non-citizens vote, but would have the choice to do so... The report, by the school's Chicano Studies Research Center, makes no distinction between legal and illegal aliens...

But it does seem rather funny and sad at the same time.
Funny because these people saying yes have no apparent idea what the word illegal means, and sad because they have no idea what their lunacy would do.
And if they do have an idea, they don't care.
They only see it as a way to get more votes for themselves.
