Movie star Bruce Willis is planning to honor the $1 million offer he made to the soldier who found Saddam Hussein.

The movie star visited troops in Iraq last month and promised to make the soldier who uncovered the country's former leader an overnight millionaire.

Willis is now trying to discover who he owes, and says, "It's a small price to pay. They're my heroes."

I'm a first timer but I had to add my comment about Bruce. Bruce is one cool dude who I feel deserves to be a movie star. He is a genuine guy and that comes through in the characters he plays. Whenever you watch a Bruce Willis movie you always find yourself pulling for him and worrying about him. You always care about the character he is playing. That can't be said about many actors.
Gotta love the Willisman.

I really enjoyed his WW II POW film with Colin Farrell that came out almost two years ago. Well worth renting.

Seems like this was a team effort. This link here says there were 600 soldiers involved. Thats about 1600 per person.

My movie/movie star trivia queen wife says that Sean has been married to the same woman for years & she is not an actress.

I say it should go to the guy who had the hand grenade in his hand and was seconds from whipping it down the hole.

Maybe they'll vote to use it to set up a college fund for the orphans of soldiers who've died in combat. Of course, they should stipulate that it's only for private colleges that aren't hard left.

Are you certain?

Very certain. If I buy a movie, then the studio gets a percentage, the DVD/video distribtor gets a percentage, the star (depending on the contract they negotiated) gets a percentage, etc. After that, when I rent it out, I keep all the profits of that to myself. And when I sell it (used), I still keep the money from that sale as well.

That very first purchase I made, buying the brand new DVD or video, thats the one and only time they make any money from the DVD/Video release. Rentals and re-sales of their used videos, they make nothing.

I could find no obvious link with her career and Costner, but then again, I was never really good at that "six degrees of Kevin Bacon" stuff.
