The Clinton Presidential Foundation is asking a judge to rule immediately in its favor in a lawsuit against the Arkansas Department of Economic Development.
In 2002, the state denied an income tax credit to the nonprofit foundation -- which is building the $160 million Clinton Presidential Center, with its library and museum set to open next November.
The foundation sought $3.5 million in reimbursements for building materials under the Advantage Arkansas Program. The state economic development director at the time, Jim Pickens, said the library didn't qualify because it's not a business. The foundation argues that the law does not address nonprofit organizations.
Pickens has since asked legislators to consider revamping the law that created the Advantage Arkansas Program to ensure nonprofits are included under certain circumstances.

Don't the greedy Clintons ever get tired of mooching off the taxpayers? (rhetorical question)

Why can't we wake up one fine morning to find that they've both been indicted on federal racketeering charges, conspiracy to commit sedition and abuse of power in office? Instead we have to read this crap.

Why can't we wake up one fine morning to find that they've both been indicted on:
(A) federal racketeering charges, (B) conspiracy to commit sedition and (C) abuse of power in office? Clearly, A,B,and C are the major crimes of the Clintons. Their complete list of
wrongdoing, however, is much too lengthy to type, and horrendous to contemplate.

His foundation IS a tax break to hide all of the money he was paid off for selling America down the river.

These two and their cohorts should atleast be in jail for a very, very long time.

Clinton was screaming to a group of believers ( Laborers' International Union, big surprize) a few months ago about how RICH he is and how he doesn't WANT a tax break...
In fact, he calls for his union supporters to fight AGAINST tax breaks for people like HIM:
"We've got poor people who are struggling and middle class people asked to sacrifice while they propose tax cuts for people like me. You ought to fight it with everything you've got."
--Bill Clinton, April 2003
Now he wants a tax break. Bubba's statements to his rabid union lovers should be used against him as often as possible.

We are already taxed to death here. Clinton has a lot of nerve asking anything of people in a state existing in poverty that he created.

It's all about the money with Clinton and the liberal Democrats.

Here's another gem from Bubba...couldn't any of these public statements be admissable in court?
"We are going to put half-a-million [children] out on the street, so I can get my $80,000 [tax cut]....
"I must be the only person in America that every time -- I pay the maximum tax rates -- every time I sign that tax form, I smile. I thank God I live in a country that gave me a chance to make the money I do."
--Bill Clinton
Let's be magnanimous and save Clinton from making a terrible mistake by getting a tax break, just this once. PAY those taxes, BUBBA! It's FOR THE CHILDREN!!

If I remember correctly, did the "foundation" list itself as part of the park/tourism system to get money from the city parks department (that included taking money from the zoo). And if I remember correctly, didn't they use the same park/tourism status when it came to claiming eminent domain to get the land from Pfeifer in court?
Now they claim to be a business to get the tax credit? And part of the business requirements for this tax break would be no retail sales. The foundation lawyer (Dickey, from Rose Law Firm) claims they will not sell anything from the lie-brary. Funny when you consider they have sold ornaments, bricks, donations for your name on a beam, and cookbooks already.

160 million???? Reminds me of Saddams castles.... Will there be a 60 foot tall mosaic of Bill on the front?? Yes, I understand there will be a mosaic that depicts the Clintons rise to power.....bronze cattle (for Hillary's magical futures), a replica of the Arkansas Poultry Gazette, Paula, Monica, Gennifer, Juanita in silhouette, Hillary's Healthcare notes, a copy of Marc Rich's pardon, a saxophone, and, last but not least, the Articles of Impeachment.
