Seemed like a nice guy. What a shame. Closed casket, I assume.

The guy behind the fence. He later did radio commercials for some "Home Depot" type store.

How will Wilson hide his face this week? That's what "Home Improvement" viewers have been wondering for the past eight years. It was a challenging question the show's directors also faced. After Tim Allen came up with the idea of having a neighbor shown only from the nose up, the directors had to think of clever new ways to hide Wilson (Earl Hindman) whenever he was in a scene. During the show's 201 episodes, Wilson has been hidden by some pretty funny things.

BTW, it's "Hindman," not "Heindman." See if you can get the thread title corrected.

Wilson was cool. Alot of older freepers sometimes remind me of Wilson.
Wonder if he will be the last for 2003? Or will MJ really follow through with his threat.

Lung cancer killed my father at age 72 in l978, and my mother at age 69 in 1990.

As much as I hate to say it, I think I am going to have to watch ET or E News Daily to see what Tim Allen et al has to say about Earl's passing.

Actually it was Home Depot. And not just radio, but TV as well.
