Aw, did we break into the leftists' personal little piggy bank? Are those incompetent fools at NEA getting a few million less now? Stop, you're breaking my heart.

Well doesn't that bite. After 60 years of leftist philosophy the ship is turning starboard.

It must suck to be liberal this year.

Good going! If there is one thing the Right can do to cement our victory, it would be to defund the NEA and all the other freedom-stealing wreckers on the Left. Gingrich tried and failed. Could a second Bush administration with a solid Senate and House majority do it? They could if they wanted to.

When 60 years of liberal teaching is constantly leading us into darker and darker territory it time to hire a new guide.

One would have to wonder about the administrator not having the system to handle the data. Yale, huh?

Leno mentioned the other night about the BCS system. USC had the best graduation rate of any other teams. Its ironic that the group most likely to be able operate a computer gets screwed by a computer.

The No Child Left Behind law stipulates that every student has the right to a "fully qualified" teacher, a requirement that has strained traditional teacher training colleges.

That says it all. Turning out qualified teachers is a terrible strain on colleges. Give me a break. One more reason to pony up the cash to send my kids to private school.

"People for the American Way." A more deceptively-named organization could never be found. I suggest they call it "People for the Communist Way." Then it would be accurately-named. We want to be precise in our speech, don't we now.

I think most conservatives would rather fight for control of the DEd. This is why there is no lobby for making government smaller; only lobbies for pushing the government in various directions.

Newt was great in 1994. It's too bad he couldn't figure out a way to kill the Dept. of Ed.

I don't know what to make of his support for the Prescription Drug Benefit in order to reform Medicare. There seems to be so few hard-core conservatives among the pubbies lately.
