This time, it wasn't Rush Limbaugh spewing hatred. Rush should sue for libel and make them prove it....

I hear this clown from time to time on Sporting News Radio. He is unimportant, and we do not hear his words.
I just called the Klingon a liar, Jim....

Funny, it appeared to me that McNabb threw one of his interceptions to a covered receiver.

"
Limbaugh's hatred cut deeper for the McNabb family than he knew. "
Is there anyone anywhere that can read, or that listened to what Rush said?
"I think what we've had here is a little social concern in the NFL. The media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well," Limbaugh said. "There is a little hope invested in McNabb, and he got a lot of credit for the performance of this team that he didn't deserve. The defense carried this team." ....... Rush Limbaugh.
Limbaugh's hatred??
If that statement is hatred, then I'm the Grand Imperial Wizard of the KKK.

Amazing. McNabb is an average QB and this author equates him with the likes of Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, and John Elway (before he finally won a ring).

This guy has been waiting for weeks for the Eagles post-season to end, with only a slight change in script already played out in his head. Had the Eagles won the SuperBowl, he'd have rubbed Rush's face in what he would have documented as McNabb's brilliant, championship-winning play. Competely predictable.
To: Chi-townChief
And MORE evidence that Rush was right keeps coming....McNabb is a great athelete, but not as of yet, a great QB....other greats have played hurt, but when McNabb does not play hurt, we get treated to the excuse machine in the media that is doing EXACTLY what Rush said they were doing weeks ago, building him up to be something he is not.
I believe he can be, and may one day be, a great QB....but 16th ranked in the NFL is not great.

Dan Marino is known as one of the five best quarterbacks ever, but despite his many records, he'll never go down as the best because he didn't win a Super Bowl when Joe Montana, John Elway and Brett Favre did. That criteria is dumb. There was nothing Marino could do about a complete lack of running game and defense during his 17 years in the league. Rather blame the unbelievable incompetence of the front office. Marino was probably a better pure paser than all of them.
Frnk Tarkenton - same thing. Jim Kelly ditto.
To: Chi-townChief
Actually McNabb was lucky he lost. The Patriots would have broken every bone in his body.

Mariotti has always been a little weasel. And to even mention the phrase "Hall of Fame" in a Donovan McNabb article simply underscores how correct Rush Limbaugh was in the first place.

Whenever you hear the words Jay Mariotti, you should hear another sound as well...ice cubes clinking in a cocktail glass.

Yea, the refs didn't blow the whistle until Favors was hitting him, so it was perfectly legal. Also, Favors didn't touch McNabb's ribs. Favors hit his leg and the resulting whip action either caused McNabb's leg to either hit his own ribs or pull the cartilage.
BTW - GO PNATHERS!

What would you expect from a writer who probably thinks Kordell Stewart is all that and a bag of chips?
