BIN LADEN 'IN AFGAHANISTAN'
Osama bin Lada is alive and living in Afghanistan, according to the country's president Hamid Karzai.
It is not known where the al Qaeda is hiding out, but previous reports have put him on the tribal borders with Pakistan.
Mr Karzai said that was accurate.
His remarks come as Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar, a main ally of bin Laden, vowed to continue a holy war against the US-led coalition forces in Afghanistan.
The US military in Afghanistan said this week it was confident of capturing bin Laden this year as well as Mullah Omar and renegade Afghan warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar.
In a message on Saturday, Mullah Omar pledged to continue jihad against the foreign forces in Afghanistan.
In a Pashtu-language statement reported by the Pakistan-based private Afghan Islamic Press, Omar said the United States would not succeed in legitimising its "unjust rule" over Afghanistan.
"The youth of the Taliban Islamic movement have not laid down their weapons. They inflict losses...on the enemies of Islam every day," he said.

I've actually heard some pretty outrageous rumors that we've got Bin Laden already, and are keeping him on ice. The government is waiting until the appropriate time to trot him out - election time. I just wonder if this is a rumor started by a democrat so that if we ever really do catch Bin Laden, they can throw this bombshell story out there, and claim the military had him all the time.

He is hiding with the peace loving muslims.
May we find him soon!
Then we can teach all the other Islamie freaks a lesson!

I hope Dubya does pull an October surprise for the DEMO(N)cRATS out of his hat, but I still believe Usama the Worm is dead for the simple reason that, if he were alive, he would not be able to resist sending out videotapes of himself to the press every fifteen minutes.

Bin Laden, whereabouts unknown. Why do we keep attaching his importance to the war on terror? He is like Sadaam, his followers are more important and lethal than he is.

Chopping his head off in Riyadh would have a fair amount of symbolic value.

Why do we keep attaching his importance to the war on terror? We don't.
The people who want to unelect Bush do because they have so few issues, so they grasp at even the most flimsy.

Are the youts........youts..........of that region really so stupid as to keep falling for this "holy war" crap? There is absolutely nothing "holy" about these animals; nothing. They're little more than murderous, blood-thirsty thugs who are quick to send their herds of morons into suicidal situations of one form or another while they piously wring their hands and rattle rusty, never-used sabers.
They're pitiful, they're pathetic, and it's high time Islam sees these miscreants for who and what they really are.

outrageous rumors that we've got Bin Laden already, and are keeping him on ice. Madeline Albright has been spreading that one around.

He's dead, Jim. That's what a lot of folks around here were saying about old Sodomite.
He's probably cowering in a hole somewhere. These guys seem to like that lifestyle, for some reason.
A nice hole, fresh female goats, a couple of AK-47s...It doesn't get much better than that.

No, we'd be waiting to release the info because we want to wait until the right time to release the news to his followers. You wait until you set the trap before placing the bait.
