HAtch is a Mormon. You could get a jackass elected to office in Utah if it was a Mormon, and a matter of fact, I think that happened. Its sort of like a Kennedy in Massachusetts.

Specter is an old hold-out. Once a person has been in office long enough, its very hard to dislodge him. Sort of like a malignant cancer. Specter probably has all the advantages of a long-term incumbent - a network of voters he has helped on a personal level, connections to the local press, money and other support from entrenched interests, etc.

Well, we're hoping to defeat Specter in the Primary with Pat Toomey. If that doesn't happen, I think a lot of PA conservatives will vote for someone else for the Senate, or leave that position unvoted-for. If Specter doesn't return, who's in line for the Judiciary Committee Chairmanship?

We need a more attention-getting strategy here to get around the corruption screen.

How about if we start sending emails / letters to newspapers/talk shows/congresscritters etc. along the lines of "Daily Corruption Memo - Top Secret - For Democrat Eyes Only". (Along with a privacy notice: "If you are not part of this conspiracy, you will of course be persecuted for revealing the contents.") It could contain detailed instructions to do exactly what they've done, and a link to fairjudiciary.com.

Just a thought - I'm sure others have better ones, but the traditional approaches aren't working.

(Maybe we should send pictures of chickens labeled "Don't count your judges before this Hatch"...)

Hatch's chairmanship ends with the 108th Congress and Senator Specter becomes the next Chairman assuming the Republicans retain control of the Senate......

And assuming Specter survives his primary. I would love to see both of those RINOs out of office

Kerry was released from "Active Duty" back in Massachusetts about May 1970, some 6 months +/- before he got actively involved with that Commie anti-war bunch.

Yet Kerry was flying the then head of that group prior to his separation from "Active Duty" around while still an active US Navy Officer.

Was this during "US Navy duty time"?

Kerry ran for Congress (but lost in the primary); he was released from active duty EARLY to do this (no active duty "MAKE-UP" time required!)

But as I recall, I had to report to the US Army Reserves in Florida immediately and attend Active US Army Reserve meetings after leaving active duty at Ft. Jax.

Nights, weekends, summer "camp" duty included.

Kerry then joined the US Navy Reserves in 1972.

Why?

But Kerry hated the US Military!

What occurred "on or about" 1972 that prompted Kerry to do this as he had been active in anti-war activities from late 1970 (actually before, flying that Nam Vet anti-war org. leader while still on active duty prior to May 1970!)

When did Kerry "take-over" that Nam vet anti-war group Fonda-Funded?

Was there a "lapse" between when the original Nam vet left and Kerry "took-over"?

What is the truth on *J-FK?

What EXACTLY was Kerry assigned to do after leaving Viet Nam active duty for Boston active duty?

Flying a Viet Nam anti-war protest group leader around days and/or nights or both on the US taxpayers dime?

On US Navy active duty pay checks?

GW's WH sez Colorado Records Center just informed them they were sending his Texas Air National Guard payroll records from that period while he was in Alabama......

Let's see the dates of Kerry's 1969-1970 US Navy active duty payroll back in Boston and see if it lines up with dates/times Kerry was flying that Nam vet anti-war group honcho while Kerry was still o US Navy active duty.

Must be photos somewhere; or TV films or newspaper articles/photographs.

Even Saddam and Cambodians and NAZIS kept records and photos!

You are great at research and details; I am not that great at it; but I do recall and spot those seemingly tiny cracks in business, sales, or politics.

The Republicans term limit the chair, not sure if it is for all committees. From Specter's campaign web site....

Specter is also a senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee and is in line to Chair that panel in 2005. He previously chaired the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Are you actively pursuing research on the possible conflict of Kerry involved in anti-war demonstrations while still on Active Duty (or while serving in the Reserve)?

If Kerry did actually do that, that is punishable by the Uniform Code of Military Justice (and is also a major SLAM-DUNK on John F***ing Kerry's bid for president).

Keep us posted, auto, and let us know if there is anything we can do to help. Surely, if this were true, the Bush people would have found it by now (or at least M.Drudge).
