I agree that he's having a good show today. I do notice a bit more edge to him since he's come back. I think he has less patience with some of the seminar callers, but good. There's a war on and I don't think he has to pander to idiots who'd be happy to see us in burkas and bowing to Mecca.

Yes, we can expect to hear from the dem-U infiltrators on this site and every other conservative medium from now until the election.
They will have to try to sell that liberal gigolo from MA and will do anything to accomplish that goal. Example: Did anyone see the pathetic liberal press at the press conference today?

Why would you say such a thing? What does it mean? What/who is Moby? Why would you ever think that I'm a democrat? Just because Rush has lost his stuff and bores me makes ME a DEMOCRAT????
You're just too dense to have a conversation with.

Rush was a fantastic breath of fresh air when he first came on scene during the Reagan administration. It was almost like shock radio! Who is this dude who is talking like I am thinking without getting shut down by the liberal media? He then had an inflated head, and became full of himself. In addition, there are so many foaming at the mouth right wingers all over the radio spectrum, any way. He is no longer as entertaining as he used to be. Having said that, if he is on NPR, where there are no commercials, I would be listening to him all the times. The commercials annoy the heck out me. His rants can be too long, that he does not give audience chance to call in. The three hours are: one hour commercials, half an hour news and interesting observations, half an hour calls, and one hour rehashing the same rant again.

You are off base. Rush has had some of his best shows ever since he returned.

You're the only one who shares that opinion then.

Rush is and always has been who he is...ever since I began watching him on TV in the 80's - Terrific!
No one does it better - no one has the skills in disecting/discussing a subject like the Rush Man.
Just take a break for a while.

It's not just you :o) The left's pschy-ops are working well amongst the populace. Make no mistake the intent is to undermine the very foundations of freedom, decency and the principles this country was founded on. Rush is right to be on the defensive when the latest thing in the news is a wish to dump the Electoral College or undermine the efforts of our CiC and our Soldiers defending the Nation while at war. That being said, I do wish he'd roll out the "Una paloma blanca" bit concerning the latest news from Pakistan. :o)

Sounds like a Moby pitch.
I never cared for Rush but started listening when he got back from rehab. That's right...Inever bothered listening to Rush.
Now I do, occasionally, and I think he's very funny, esp. when he's warning us about the SUV threat...

Please excuse the repeats...my computer was loading slow and I thought the message did not get through...

Rush can play that Ted Kennedy clip from the 96 election everyday. It is hilarious and I really like the fact that he is putting together a montage of the SCREAMING HYSTERICAL liberals and playing them during the course of his show. He is still RUSH.....the standard bearer for conservatism.

But if you think he's boring, try Hannity, or any liberal. The same old song, even if it's your favorite, gets boring after a while. As much as this may hurt Rush loyalists you have hit the bullseye Protagoras and now you may dispense with "maggie's drawers"(a little 1943 WW2 firing range lingo).
He does seem to struggle more often now.
Kinda like not being as free a spirit as he was some weeks back and gradually losing some of his Rush only bravado.
It is really sad and such a loss for all who care about him.

Obviously not. The very nice and well-spoken women who called in to complain about his use of the word "testicles" on the air and the coarsing of the culture to which Rush's language contributes thought the same. And they were just the ones which Rush allowed on his show so that he could mercilessly make fun of them and call them "liberals" and hypocrites.
In this Brave New World, no one is allowed to have an even slightly negative opinion of the maharushi, as your posts amply demonstrate.
Just what is it to you that I am bored with Rush?

Yea, I noticed it too. Rush has a lot on his mind these days and it is becoming evident in his show on a daily basis.
I get bored with it most days and find something else to listen to.
