I saw that, thought the same thing. When I saw it was not native americans performing, it ticked me off. Rumor has it I may have a drop or two, but I'm not native american. Sure seemed like exploitation to me.

Actually, I've had enough of CBS for the half-time porn show. Yet I'm not so upset about the creative use of "feathers" and Indian costumes in a music act. We've tolerated the use of the American flag for clothing which I think should be offensive to all Americans. We've tolerated the bashing of Whites, Christians, Jews and other races in some way or another. We don't have a right to not be offended. Welcome to the club, my "red brothers"...
Now, I didn't watch the show. So unless these guys were defiling icons of Indian culture, I believe I'm being reasonable. If I'm incorrect, well, maybe they know how we felt about the art exhibit in NYC where they had a cross in a bottle urine and other Christian icons defiled in a similar fashion.
I'm not so inclined to support a "PC for me but not for thee" attitude here, though.

We've tolerated the bashing of Whites, Christians, Jews and other races in some way or another. I've also noticed that the PC Police seem to be ignoring Nike's mocking of Black Christians with their "Church of Basketball" commercial. As you say: "Welcome to the club, my 'red brothers'..."
