A Prayer for my Brother-In-Law's sister Kathy would be greatly appreciated.
Kathy was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on 1/23/04, admitted to the hospital on 1/26/04. We are all devastated and saddened.
Kathy had 7 days of chemotherapy. Was tested, and still has leukemia cells. Went through another 5 days of chemo last week. Kathy is very weak after the second round of chemo.
Kathy is married to Bob and they have 2 children, Niki 11 and Robbie 7.
Please pray for Kathy and her family.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks for the prompting of the Holy Spirit that calls us to prayer. Most Merciful Father, look with favor upon Kathy, a young wife and mother in need of Your healing touch. Strengthen her as she undergoes treatment, that it would be successful in eliminating all traces of cancer. Give wisdom and judgment to all those who care for her ... let nothing escape their notice, and may they provide Kathy with encouragement and comfort. Speak to Kathy's husband and children, family and friends ... let them look to You as You walk with them through this time of anguish, in the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

May God hold Kathy and her family close to Him now, and give them peace. May He use His awesome healing power on her behalf if that is His will. May He guide the doctors and nurses who will care for her, in Jesus' name.

In the Name of Jesus I pray God raises her up and gives her many, many more days of strength and health, and causes her to be a blessing to all who love and know her.
Lord God, fill Kathy's body with Your wonderful healing and warmth. Restore her in this weakened condition. Let only soothing hands come near her to nurse her. Bless her mind with hope and her body with strength. Drive away all fear and fill her and her family and her dwelling with comfort and faith.
