Moore did not break any law. He did not follow a judges order to defy the Alabama law he swore to defend.
Judges don't make law they enforce them.

I wonder who is paying for keeping the offices open over a weekend and holiday so they can break the law.

"California Penal Code section 115...Kinda hard to argue with that. I would think conspiricy to violate this law might also find an application.

You can bet if the conservative Californians had stood by a real conservative ie., McLintock, this would be handled very quickly. And Arnold should have an even easier time at it, seeing as how he has a "moderate" image. All he needs is the gonads.

Forget that folks....
Your "hero" Arnold will NEVER do anything to alienate his Hollywood roots....

Judges don't make law they enforce them.Actually, any decision issued by a Judge is law. This means a Judge makes law every time he issues a decision.

yeah!
Just who do they think they are.
What if everyone just stopped paying taxes because they didn't believe in them.
And any other laws we don't believe in we don't have to follow.

Legislatures make law.
Activist judges attempt to make law by interpretation but they don't make law. They set a precedence nut don't make law.
Why would we need a legislature then?

Legislatures make law. There are four types of law. Constitutional, Statutory, Administrative, and Judicial. Constitutional law was made by the originators and can be further made by ammendments. Statutory law is made by legislatures. Administrative law is made by the various agencies (their regulations). Judicial law is made by the Court. Constitutional law has itself as authority (in truth it is the People that give it authority), Statutory and Judicial are given authority by the Constitution, and Administrative law gets authority from the Executive and legislative functions of government. All forms of law are law.

The gov should say that no marriage are to be honored if issued by SF County.

If you are a liberal democrat, its ok not to enforce the law, or to break it, if it goes against you're personal beliefs. When John Ashcroft was nominated for attorney general, the liberals were 'concerned' that he would let his Christian beliefs get in the way of him enforcing the law. If you believe in a godless society where human desire rules that's ok. God forbid if you are a Christian who has the audacity to start his day with prayer, instead of a narcissist who starts his day by bobbing for balls.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.
What a sick clown of a fool mayor they have in SF. Note this:
"Back in 1998, this same mayor issued a resolution that said that pro-family groups that say homosexuality is wrong or is a choice [constitutes] hate speech and ought to be prohibited."
But note these comments:
Across the nation in Charlotte, North Carolina, a black pastor from Detroit told the National Religious Broadcasters convention that most black and white churches agree that homosexual marriage is wrong. Glenn Plummer, who is also the NRB's chairman, says the organization want to help black and white Christians unite in bringing the nation "back in line" so that "one man and one woman are man and wife in a marriage."
Let me know if anyone wants on/off this ping list!

We can only hope. That mayor should be jailed for openly defying the law along with all of those gays. They are violating both mans laws and Gods laws.
Tuesday should get pretty interesting. Again I have to say at the risk of repeating myself :) President Bush, it is time for you to intervene on this and fast.
What do you all think?

I don't see what the President can do, constitutionally. He has no power to enforce state laws.

Did you see the line in front of City Hall? It looked like someone had announced a NAMBLA Convention was being held at a day care.
