What Bush vs Kerry is really all about
Jim Robinson
Posted on 02/16/2004 8:16:44 PM PST by Jim Robinson
Forget the current hullabaloo regarding the thirty some odd year old service records of the two candidates and all the other hysterical, hypocritical, hyperbolic horse hockey being raised by the Democrats and their operatives.
Here's the commonsense bottom line of what the coming election is about:
Either we re-elect President Bush or we allow President Kerry and the Democrats to surrender our national sovereignty, our national security and our national defense to the United Nations and other so-called world government bodies. The Democrats do not believe that war is sometimes necessary to defend the nation and or our national interests. The Democrats do not believe that the United States has the right to self-defense. The Democrats do not care about our national security or defending our national sovereignty. It's not in their game plan. In fact their game plan includes acquiescing to the United Nations, a world court and a world government. There's absolutely no doubt about it. It's in the record.
Either we re-elect President Bush or we allow President Kerry and the Democrats to increase our taxes and continue increasing our taxes until they totally destroy our economy and our ability to compete in world markets. Bush is a sworn tax cutter. Kerry is a sworn tax raiser. No doubt about it. It's in the record.
Either we re-elect President Bush or we allow President Kerry and the Democrats to kiss off our traditional man/woman marriage and from this point on it'll be anything goes. Bush defends traditional family values and a moral society. Kerry promotes the feminist/abortionist/homosexualist agenda, no matter how absurd, perverse, abhorrent or evil. No doubt about it. It's in the record.
Either we re-elect President Bush or we allow President Kerry and the Democrats to appoint and confirm nothing but NOW/NAMBLA/Globalist approved feminist/abortionist/homosexualist liberal activist judges. Bush will appoint judges who will abide by the Constitution. Kerry and the Democrats will appoint and confirm only liberal activist judges. Allow this and we can kiss our Constitution and what's left of our national sovereignty and freedom goodbye. No doubt about it. It's in the record. Period. End of story.

Bush is not your rep to punish over single issue anger.
He is the office of the president with power to do great things and also serious damage to the country as a whole.
The U.S. Congress will decide the immigration issue. Presidents have a much broader jurisdiction, responsibility and job description.......
He is not your rep to punish with a vote. He is the leader of the big picture, and you know what the other guy thinks about immigration and the thousand other issues you hold dear.

"I believe the Bush Administration's blustering unilateralism is wrong, and even dangerous, for our country. In practice, it has meant alienating our long-time friends and allies, alarming potential foes and spreading anti-Americanism around the world."

Oh my... now THAT is a beautiful chart. So much in our country is lost until we pull the Superior Court back to a sane interpretation of the Constitution.

I just don't think someone like that can actually be president.
I don't think a guy that intentially has Botulinum Toxin injected into his head should be president. But that's just me.

Neither of you have said anything worth replying to so, other than this reply, I've nothing else to say to you.
I'm just letting you know that I acknowledge and recognize your replies.

SInce before the election was decided....my father has been saying It's the courts! It's the Courts! He has watched a gradual decline since the liberal professors have taken over the law schools...."They no longer teach the laws but how to get around the laws"
We MUST get "W" and the senators elected to preserve/strengthen the judicial branch.

You are absolutely correct about this Jim. This is a "WATERSHED" election. IMHO we have no alternative but to re-elect George Bush, the alternative can be catastrophic.

With the right people in DC, we can have Clarence Thomas as Chief Justice, with eight conservatives Associate Justices by 2014.

Great. That kind of thinking just gives President Bush the green light to spend money like a drunken DemocRAT and kick Conservatives in the teeth whenever they demand he pay more than lip service to an issue that is important to them.(See President Bush's response to Tim Russert when asked about Conservative complaints that he is spending too much money).
There are two ways to destroy this country: from without and from within. Robinson makes a great case for the destruction that a President Kerry would inflict on this country by acquiescing to influences outside this country but President Bush is doing yeoman's work in destroying this country from within by expanding government to unprecedented levels and spending money like it grows on trees.
There is something to be said for holding a poltician's feet to the fire. If you don't make your candidate work to get your vote then he will treat you like a two-bit whore.
