A Prayer for Another Tiny Baby

Well everyone, I'm back with an urgent prayer request for yet another tiny baby. I don't know what the outcome of this will be, our Lord knows, and only He can handle this situation.

My niece Ann and her husband Mike were married this past September and became pregnant on their honeymoon. They found out last Tuesday during a doctor's check-up that something was not right with the pregnancy. She went in the next day for an ultra sound and found out the baby is severely physically handicapped. He has a disease that will not enable him to live out of the womb.

The doctors gave them the choice to abort the pregnancy, but they could NOT do it. Ann said she could NOT stop a beating heart.

Ann and Mike named their precious baby Matthew Paul. He's almost 23 weeks "old". The little guy is moving around in the womb, his Mommy can feel him. She may or may not be able to carry this pregnancy to term...this is all in the Lord's hand.

The bottom line here is one of three things....Matthew will NOT make it to term, or he WILL make it to term but still not live, OR our God will heal him in the womb. We've all heard of cases where the doctors HAVE BEEN WRONG, urging an unnecessary abortion. I don't have an answer ... none of us do. I DO KNOW that God is an AWESOME GOD and is able to use this baby and his parents in a mighty way.

My friends, we prayed for another baby and look how that turned out. I beg you to pray for Ann, Mike and Matthew.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you again, on our knees begging you to heal a baby whose chances are mighty slim. Lord, we KNOW that You're the Great Physician and can heal whomever You wish. We also know, and acknowledge, that Your "yes" is not always OUR "yes". Please Lord, give Ann and Mike the spiritual, physical and emotional strength to go through with the remainder of this pregnancy. Lord, please give every health care provider YOUR wisdom. Please let Your words be their words. Please let Your decisions be theirs. And Lord, if it's Your will that Matthew not spend time with his parents here on earth, we thank you for that, too. We know that he will see YOUR face, he'll stand before YOUR throne, and for that we thank you. In Jesus' Holy Name, Amen.

Prayers are with him and to piggyback a prayer for my 27 year old son who has started detox this evening and hopefully will be healed by Jesus of the demons which make him drink. Thanks you Lord for your grace.

We've all heard of cases where the doctors HAVE BEEN WRONG, urging an unnecessary abortion.

I know of a couple who had this exact situation. Their daughter is a healthy adult today.

Prayers that God's will be done and Ann & Mike have strength to handle whatever comes their way.

Oh, dear Lord! We ask for your omnipotent power and grace!
Please lay your hands on this mother's womb and heal this baby!
Let him be whole, Father, and reward the courage of this mother and father.
Give them the strength to go forward knowing that thy will be done on earth and in heaven.
We ask that this mother and father be allowed to keep their precious child free of any physical impairments.
You have performed the miracle of conception, dear Lord. Please let your conception be healed.

We ask all things in Jesus name. Amen.

This happened to my niece and she named him Brad. I will pray for this child and this family.

Dear, Heavenly Father, we ask your blessings on Mike, Ann, and baby Matthew Paul. We acknowledge that you are the Divine Healer, and we ask your Divine healing on this precious child. We pray for Mike and Ann to accept your will in their lives, and that they will be strong to accept whatever You have planned for them. Amen

Oh that broke my heart. Prayers night and day for Matthew Paul. sigh...maybe Logan's spirit and fight will help Matthew Paul.
