These corrupt politicians and judges are the result of 30 to 40 years of liberals laying the groundwork for a complete subversion of society.

It was started by Antonio Gramsci in the 1920s, when he mapped the way to communism via the incremental destruction of Western culture. His ideological heirs, the Frankfurt school, were chased into America by the NAZIs. Here, the Frankfurt school, particularly Fromm and Marcuse, combined with Roosevelt's Stalinist apologists with the objective of fully infecting the universities. It took hold in the 60s and bled into our institutions from there.

"You have, at this point, nearly two weeks of flouting of state law. The governor feels that we've come to a point where we're starting down a dangerous path and it leads to anarchy at some point," said Rob Stutzman, Schwarzenegger's communications director. "It's time for this to end."

You can bet your last nickel that, when this little gambit is shut down, the resulting gay riot in San Francisco is already planned. Communists never miss a trick.

It was time for it to end last Tuesday morning. Lockyer won't do a damn thing and Schwarzenegger knows it. The California State Attoreny General controls all law enforcement in the State. The only enforcement tool Arnold has is the National Guard.

Lockyer, an elected Democrat who is a potential candidate in the 2006 governor's race, already has said that he plans to vigorously defend the state in the lawsuit San Francisco's city attorney brought Thursday that challenged California's marriage laws on constitutional grounds.

Lockyer is lying. He has control of every law enforcement apparatus in the State. He could have shut down that courthouse in hours. He's playing this like a fish.

You mean you've still got one? I think my last one was used up by the ludicrous "he deserted" pile of ca-ca put out by the jackass party.

Someone should do the following to jam the leftists:

Take a cat, dog or your favorite pet to the place where they are issuing marriage licenses. Make sure you have alerted the media beforehand that you are going to demand a license which SF will deny. Demand a license. When they deny the license make sure you use their tag line that you have a "right to be married and the state doesn't have the right to tell you who or what you can marry and they are discriminating against you based on your preference" Voila, then you bring a legal action to compel them to issue the license. This jams their theory because once they are forced to say that the state can determine what a marriage is then their argument is to quote "in their face"

I can't stop laughing, trying to imagine what a gay riot would be like. Can they really do a good job of rioting if it musses their hair or breaks one of their high heels?

Yeah, I know, I'm being bad...

Try "White Night," the evening after Dan White was acquitted of the first degree murder of Supervisor Harvey Milk and Mayor George Moscone, the famed "twinkie defense." It was one nasty riot.

Gays are actually prone to violence. It was true in Berlin in the 1930s and it's true now. The incidence of domestic violence in gay relationships is very high.

Growing up in Northern California (Placer County), I vaguely remember an initiative to break CA up into two states. Counties along the proposed border, one of which I lived in, were given the option of choosing which proposed state they would be part of.

Everything was hunky-dory until they got to the Gay Area. Neither proposed state wanted San Francisco County, so the whole idea kind of died.

Which is precisely why leaving this up to the states will not work. The Bush Administration needs to get involved now, and nip this in the bud.

So, if a homosexual couple of divergent ages have the older one retire as a high wage earner and the younger one as a lower wage earner ("preformance" artist, say), will US Social Security take a bigger hit from these marriages?

Hard to say - since the phenomenon isn't exclusive to same-sex couples, my guess would be the effect will be pretty much the same as male/femal sex couples in that respect.

But any guesses would be speculative, we will find out if it ever comes to pass (not in our lifetimes, I think - the mistake the movement is making is that they are overplaying their hand and alienating a lot of people. This is a huge loser for their cause. I can't explain their aggressiveness on fronts like this - it's borderline suicidal and will turn homosexual causes back a decade because they are ticking too many people off.

2 legs, 2 arms . . . . thinking . . . .

wellllll . . . thinking . . .

How about in common with DC? . . .

. . . and an over abundance of vacuum heads, ____-heads

. . . an vast over abundance of traitors . . .

. . . a vast over abundance of hedonist's who think their construction on reality is flawless while it is actually being upside down in a cess pool.

. . . a vast over abundance of idiots who love to go around giving God the finger and pretending He doesn't notice, doesn't care or doesn't exist.

. . . given the innovative scientist's accurate predictions of a number of quakes in recent years . . . and his prediction of a big one to hit CA before Sept something . . . it appears to me the San Fran mayor is screaming to God:

SOCK IT TO ME.

He may just be surprised at the response.

Yes, there's got to be a breaking point somewhere.

And, this sin-sick world has almost reached it.

And all that can be shaken, will be shaken.

And, at some point, there will even be a new heaven and a new earth.

'Twixt now and then . . . lots of blood will flow because man refused to accept the blood that flowed so lovingly at Calvary.

Where are the churches on this issue. The only public objector I hear is Jerry Falwell.

The priests have their own problems at the moment.

Quite simply, as I have said, when a couple gets married in one state, and if they go to another state, they remain married...

How does the Defense of Marriage Act fit into this? Would it be declared unconstitutional?

January 16, 1997 - President Clinton signed the Defense of Marriage Act. This Act is important because it will allow a state to choose not to recognize a same-sex "marriage" performed in another state.
