Another good question from the LA Times woman reporter to Edwards and Kerry about their Iraq resolution.
Can't wait to hear Kerry say for the umpteenth time he voted so Bush would take all the time in the world.

Re:
Edwards doesn't take money from lobbyists... Edwards, John eFings and company consider anyone supporting Guns, God or Republican are lobbyists. Anyone supporting abortion-on-demand, unions, a total-gun-ban, anti-Americanism or DemocRATS are not lobbyists.
Simple, ain't it?

Here's an informative website. I found some language as what constitutes a "Treaty in Force" and it does list ways treaties are changed or terminated or superceded. But I didn't read enough to see if it says by whom and how they are terminated.

What was Kerry's point about Clinton going to war without the Congress?
To: Mo1
Larry King asks three times of Edwards: Do you regret your vote and Edwards only reply was I did what I thought was right at the time, all three times.
Kerry: No, I do not regret my vote. I regret we have a president who broke every promise.
He makes me sick.
I hope the reporters nail this slime down. He voted for the resolution and he just said he does not regret it.
There he goes with referring again to how he personally served in a war.

Why doesn't anyone ask Kerry to define the "promises this president broke"?
To: Right_in_Virginia
This way the hardcore leftwing base will not blame him for 'giving the president the power to go to war', IOW "Do't blame me".

Kerry got away with blathering. Did not get pinned down like Edwards.

I don't know what his point was in bringing up Clinton, who didn't go to Congress, as a comparison to Bush, who did. It seems to me that he proved the point, Congress okayed the action in Iraq.

But, Kerry did vote for a resolution giving the President the right to use force.
Kerry's tortured semantics won't hold up in a debate with the President.
To: Right_in_Virginia
Why doesn't anyone ask Kerry to define the "promises this president broke"? I think Kerry has sewn up this nomination. Edwards does look the amateur tonight.
Fine.
Bring it on!
