He is not reportedly gay, he is openly homosexual and very open about his sexuality. No, he is not at all, a RINO. He is a very solid Reagan Republican and very fiscally conservative. I consider him a friend and although, he is not my congressman, I wish that he were. We may disagree on this one issue, we agree about 85% of the time. Jim is a good man and a wonderful Congressman...This is a message to the Republican Party: Open your Eyes and be truly a big tent or you will lose moderates!!!!

I've been suffering under his so-called "representation" for over a decade. He truly is one of the worst Republicans I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. His votes on issues near and dear to Republicans mark him as the worst sort of RINO. There are so few issues that I can find that I agree with him.
Please do not tell me how great a Congressman he is. I live here. I know him. He is awful. If he wasn't the RNC's token queer - yes, I said token queer so sue me - he'd never have the support of the party.

He is not reportedly gay, he is openly homosexual and very open about his sexuality. I was not "openly" homosexual until he was blackmailed by the militant gays. I wonder what blackmail the militant gays suceeded with before he finally gave in and outed himself. We'll never know.
He has no respect for marriage as he used to be married long before he announced his deviancy. Either the marriage was a sham marriage done simply to lie to and mislead the voters and his constituents or he betrayed his wife. Either way, it marks Kolbe as an untrustworty, despicable person.
I consider him a friend and although, he is not my congressman, I wish that he were.
I wish he was your congressthing too. Where do you live? I'll buy the Greyhound bus ticket to send him there.

Why don't the moderates start their own party?
To: Abram
Abram - your entitled to your opinion but I could care less about moderates. Moderates are sheep - they dont care about anything. The only way to win moderates is to take a stand on something and fight for it, unfortunately the democrats kick conservatives butt when it comes to speaking out and standing strong. Republican Congressman are quite frankly the biggest bunch of whimps in this country - they dont stand united for anything and if anybody even hints that they are mean, biggoteed, racist, homophobic, etc. they crumble. You may like Kolbe becuase he is pro-abortion and pro-homosexual but in my book those are two things that this country doesn't need more of.

No great loss. They will switch to the other side when they are needed the most.
Essentially, a "moderate" is someone who does not have the guts to state that they are a communist or socialist, or in other words, a liberal.
Between a "moderate" or socialist[liberal] I have more respect for the socialist. At least you know where they stand day in and day out.

The Republican party can either have Christian conservatives or gays. Not both. If they chose the sodomites, I'll never vote for any of them ever again.

No, he is not at all, a RINO. He's no Connie Morella, but he is most certainly not a "Reagan Republican." In addition to wanting to destroy marriage, his views on abortion are so extreme he even favors partial-birth abortion.

He can't be a solid conservative and be pro-"gay" rights or marriage.
End of story.

With friends like you, we don't need democrats.

Have to give you a mega ditto on your post 46.
I fail to see why when someone disagrees with another, the name calling starts.
