Just preordered your book! I can't wait to read it, and thanks so much for doing this! Hillary must be exposed. She has fooled a nation full of people thanks to the compliance of the media, who know full well what kind of person she is, and her true political agenda!

Hey, you can't lay that off on us. It's all Pat Buchanan's fault. Had his name not been on that butterfly ballot in Florida, those 500 hundred or so Albert Gore voters wouldn't have been so confused and poked the wrong chads.

Mr Kerry wants to tax me more. He thinks I'm rich? Well, unlike Mr. Kerry I'm not rich. Or more accurately, unlike Mrs. Kerry, er Heinz, er, Maria Teresa Thierstein Simoes-Ferreira Heinz Kerry whatever I'm poor in comparison.

And unlike Mr. Kerry who gets paid to be US Senator but does not ever go to work at that job I work each day and get paid for that work. I took some of that hard earned money and just purchased this book. Fortunately, I had some time to buy the book while I dictated this post to my personal assistant/masseuse Morgan Fairchild in between watching the butler wax the Rolls Royce and taking delivery on a new Gulfstream.

Best of luck with the book! I can't wait to read it.

That's a new one on me. How do you get a purple heart for killing someone else?

In fact, Kerry's tenure on his first swift boat, No. 44, left him with no honors but rather some skeletons. While in command of Swift Boat No. 44, Kerry and crew functioned without forethought in a 'Free Fire Zone,' injudiciously firing at targets of opportunity and achieving a number of enemy kills along with some civilian deaths as well. His body count included a woman, her baby, a 12 year-old boy, an elderly man and several South Vietnamese soldiers. He freely admits participating in this type of activity and the casualties they caused - even the civilian casualties.

Between December of 1968 and February of 1969, Kerry received two of his three purple hearts -- one for a minor injury to his arm and another for a minor injury to his thigh.

He then took command of a second swift boat, No. 94, which operated in the Mekong Delta. Under his command they totaled 18 missions over a period of 48 days, a far cry from the many who completed full tours of duty there. It was for this assignment that he was awarded his Silver Star for killing a Viet Cong soldier who was already pinned down and wounded in a "Hooch" courtesy of Kerry's .50 caliber gunner. It was also on swift boat No. 94 where he received his third Purple Heart for once again receiving a minor wound from a mine that went off adjacent to his swift boat. Later, when asked about the severity of the combat injuries, Kerry himself said that one of them cost him about two days of service, and that the other two did not interrupt his duty. He classified himself as "walking wounded." LINK

Richard, your book sounds like one heck of an excellent read! Jim, that is an interesting and well written foreward!

Please know that there were many Americans not connected to the web who understood(then and now), the threat the Clinton's posed and were doing what they could to fight it. How wonderful that you created this forum, which eventually attracted many of them! :)

BTW, Jim, you do deserve many accolades for your very successful effort on the web and also for your service in Viet Nam. The war we have chosen is going to be and has been, a long and difficult one, and thus we should encourage each other, especially if we are all going to hang in there.

JimRob and Richard Poe, I can tell I need to read this book. Despite being on FR since '98, I know I don't know "the half of it" in this story.
