March 11, 2004... Sen. John Kerry says he will not apologize for his unexpected comments, ("These guys are the most crooked, you know, lying group I've ever seen."), spoken while his microphone was still on.
"I have no intention whatsoever of apologizing for my remarks," Kerry said during a news conference on the Senate side of the Capitol. "I think the President needs to talk about the real priorities of this country."
I think the guy needs a bar of soap in his mouth... permanently. I 'soaped' him before, too, for his Rolling Stone magazine interview. To which some outraged lefties emailed me to show me examples of Bush saying the 'F' word in print, too. Funny -- Bush wasn't referring to the office of the President of the United States.
Nope. Only John F'ing Kerry does that. Must be a patrician kind of nuanced thing.

Today's press conference indicated that he is being encouraged by Kennedy and other fellow Democrats to keep talking trash as long as it continues to bash Bush. They think this is the same tactics as talk radio. However, talk radio is rooted in truth which is the winning ticket. I hope they encourage Kerry to, as Emeril would say, "Kick it up a notch," because the Bush-bashing tactic is a losing strategy empty of the truth. Without the truth, by November that bar of soap in his mouth will look pretty good to an electorate saturated with campaign guile.
