Whats the deal on "www.publicintegrity.org"?

A lot of lefties site this page. Though they say non-partisan, it seems to spend more time attacking Bush. I looked for a search engine for their page to type in "Heinz" to no avail.
"The Center for Public Integrity, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, tax-exempt organization, was founded by Charles Lewis following a successful 11-year career in network television news."

The three criteria I posted are sure-fire signs of a troll. Another is if they turn rabbit and don't post again. Time will tell. I've never seen so many vanities than this past few weeks. And pointless ones, at that.
