Kerry's axis

A blogger on the official John Kerry campaign Web site has offered a telling insight into the Kerry campaign in her account (since removed) of a December campaign party.

"We had 200 guests eating, drinking, and watching the MoveOn documentary 'Uncovered,' featuring Joseph Wilson and Rand Beers from the Kerry campaign," wrote blogger Pamela Leavey, describing a Kerry event that did not include Mr. Kerry himself. "When Theresa Heinz-Kerry arrived, she handed me a pin that read in the center: 'Asses of Evil' with 'Bush,' 'Cheney,' 'Rumsfeld,' and 'Ashcroft' surrounding it."

I have no doubt that if Republicans had behaved as the Democrats, that Democrat leaders would be openly calling the Republicans traitors and unamerican and demanding they quit criticizing the President. And no doubt, like Clinton did in 1995, they would try to connect the violent extremists with the critics.

I think that is why the Democrats are overly defensive about "they are attacking our patriotism" anytime you point out how wrong they are... they are projecting what they would do.

The irony is that the Democrats have no care nor need for patriotism, they really see conservatives and Bush as the bigger threat than anything else out there. A threat to their power.

Hmmmm, sounds like coordination with Moveon.org. That's a violation of campaign finance reform.

Kerry Challenged Over Comments on Foreign Leaders

Yahoo News
By John Whitesides
Sun Mar 14, 04

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (Reuters) - Democratic White House candidate John Kerry was challenged on Sunday over his comments that some foreign leaders wanted him to beat President Bush, but he refused to reveal any of their names.

Reacting to comments made by Secretary of State Colin Powell in a television interview, and a question raised by a persistent Republican at a town hall meeting in Pennsylvania, Kerry repeated his contention that foreign leaders were encouraging his presidential bid because of unhappiness with U.S. policy.

But he refused to name the leaders and said some of the conversations were by telephone, not face-to-face.

"No leader would obviously share a conversation if I started listing them," Kerry told reporters after Powell suggested he name some names or stop implying foreign leaders wanted him to beat Bush.

"I don't think Colin Powell or the president would start listing names of people who had said something critical of something or somebody. I'm not going to do that," he said.

Powell took issue with the comments on "Fox News Sunday," saying, "if he feels it is that important an assertion to make, he ought to list some names. If he can't list names, then perhaps he should find something else to talk about."

Yes, I fear they do protest too much. They don't care about being traitors, just being criticized for being traitors.

Every stupid pro-totalitarian statement Kerry makes just undercuts the world's trust in America's leadership right now. Our enemies are loving it.

But he doesn't give a fig about what he does to Bush, to America, or to her people. He just wants to be the head honcho. Like Clinton. God help us because Kerry sure wouldn't!

In fact, on Feb. 8, the Tehran Times published in full an e-mail sent by the Kerry campaign to a government news agency promising that a President Kerry would try to restore relations "at risk" due to "the actions and attitudes" of the Bush administration.
"Disappointment with the current U.S. leadership is widespread," the e-mail said, "extending not just to the corridors of power and politics, but to the man and woman on the street as well."
If that's not giving aid and comfort to an enemy, it's certainly meddling with U.S. diplomacy in a time of war.

Unbelievable!

Giving aid and comfort to our enemies in wartime is Kerry's M.O. from at least 1971.

Iran's brave Student Movement Coordination Committee for Democracy have shown more spine than John Flippin' Kerry in standing up to the Islamofascist regime in Iran. This is where it all started in 1979 folks.

Maybe JF Kerry stands for Jelly Fish Kerry since he has had no spine since 1971.

Kerry has a spine but it is bent to the wrong purpose. His goal is the dismembering of the conservative nature of the United States and moving the socialist agenda forward. Clinton was a conservative when compared to Kerry. The problem is, he has been effective in uniting the left of every socialist organization. The conservatives are still split into different camps and parties. We are facing a tough election with a divided constituency supporting Bush. The voter has to forget the man and concentrate on the agenda he represents.

The Kerry's, the original Beavis and Butthead. You need to decide which horse face is which.

And to think I just saw a thread around here the other day about how some lib was saying how mean it was to pick on poor, little Teresa...

"I don't think Colin Powell or the president would start listing names of people who had said something critical of something or somebody. I'm not going to do that," he said.

This man is delusional. Does he not understand the difference between he and George Bush/Colin Powell? They are the current administration that was elected by the people of the US to negtotiate with other leaders of the world. As of yet, Kerry is nothing more than a candidate seeking the office of the President. He must think that he can create the illusion that he has to step and make a "regime change" without the vote of the people. Don't they do this in communist countries?
