"I certainly do not have a drink problem. I have always been a sociable person and I am not about to change that. But that is no impediment or interference with my life in general or leadership in particular."That sounds like what most alcoholics in denial say.

In watching the way Sen Kennedy (D-Cutty Sar) 'waddles', my educated guess is that Polynarothopy(sp?) is setting in from his alcoholism. It's a nervous system disorder and many alkis get it. If he starts using a walker then it's positive.

I've had alot of experience in this area... The downside of your comment however, is that there is no correct answer for the person who truly does not have a drinking problem.
